Гарса Бланка не обычный курорт, все - отель, еда, номера, художественное оформление, все - upscaled, план по системе «все включено» сказочный, качество еды ресторанов и напитков очень высокое. Beautiful Family Vacation

Just returned from a 6 day stay at GBPV. Had an amazing time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Omar, was amazing. He was super responsive in helping us get reservations and very informative. Shary in the Kids Club was so kind to our kids and they had a wonderful time making bracelets, playing and even did a canvas art project by the pool. The waiters by the pool were wonderful, especially Juan! Made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a beach 2 BRM and it was so spacious, well equipped with spectacular views of the bay. Bye bye Garza Blanca!

My family and i always travel PV 2times a year. Garza blanca was must hotel for us over last 4 years but, this will be our last. Staffs are unprofessional lying to royal customer. I hate to sat this but bye bye Garza Blanca! I wish i only book for 1-2 days instead of 4 days. My family and i always travel PV 2times a year. I hardly write reviews but I need to write one for the entire team at the Garza Blanca Resort but specifically Javier Suarez from security. His service was one of the best I have ever received. He was so attentive, courteous, kind, and personal. Thank you so much Javier and everyone who we came across at the resort. Nothing but wonderful personalities! Excellent, excellent service. Fantastic and unexpected stay for honeymoon

My husband and I spent 3 nights and 4 days at Garza Blanca. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were switched from Hotel Mousai to Garza Blanca. Although we were looking forward to the newer sister hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at the Garza Blanca property. We visited both properties and each have their own "personality". We ended up loving the beach front view at Garza Blanca as we had the honeymoon suite with even a jacuzzi in the terrance! They have a trolley that drives to and from Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai. It was very easy to jump properties and we waited no longer than 5 minutes each time! Like others have mentioned, they offer presentations for discounts or other packages. We ended up declining so that we can spend the small amount of time we had to explore PV. There was no pushing whatsover and I did not feel like the top notch service they were providing me was hindered from it. We ate at Blanca Blue at Garza, Rooftop Bar at Hotel Mousai, Terrace at Hotel Mousai, Hiroshi at Hotel Mousai, in-room dining at Garza. I have to say the food was decent. I felt like the services, presentation, environment, and the views were the main highlight of dining. There were random food items that I was obsessed with during my stay: the chorizo bread at Blanca Blue, popcorn chicken at the rooftop bar, and their signature hot sauce (I bought two bottles). I would say all-inclusive is worth it based on the amount of alcohol we drank alone! Last but definitely not least, I feel like the people there who've helped make our trip as amazing as it can be were what also makes the properties the 5 stars it should be! A special shout out to Karen (concierge) and Ernesto (butler). They have always checked up on my stay and made sure I was always taken cared of. If I started to run into any problems, Karen was always magically there behind us and would fix it right then and there. If we needed something that we felt was difficult to get, Ernesto would jump between properties to make sure I had what I needed.
