Rooms are horrible and so are the staff. They have roaches and bed bugs. You can't check in until 3 but you must leave by 11. They are thieves and liars and will definitely take your deposit.The security or whatever he was is clearly on drugs. Rooms are horrible and so are the staff. They have roaches and bed bugs. A very pleasant surprise

When we drove up to the Stay Express Hotel in Ft. Worth, I'll be honest, we were concerned. But don't let the outside of this place discourage you. This place is a great bargain, great location and clean! The rooms, lobby area, and breakfast area are freshly painted and well maintained. The bathtub and air conditioning unit are dated but the bed was comfortable. Our room was next to the ice machine and we heard it during the night, but the hotel it was very quiet. Just request a room away from the ice machines if you're a light sleeper. This hotel was half the cost of hotels in downtown Ft. Worth and only 5 minutes away! HORRIBLE DOSENT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE ! DO NOT STAY HERE ! RUN AWAY !

This was the most horrible frightening experience in all my life!! The doors looked as if they had been kicked in, As soon as you walked into the place it smelled, bathtubs weren’t fully clean, not even a shower curtain!! And this doesn’t even BEGIN to explain. The bed sheets didn’t look clean, the AC didn’t work, there was a hole in the wall, mildew stains in the wall, and just overall very dirty. But the worst was when we pulled out the sofa bed there was some nasty looking cocoon like thing looking like a bug was waiting to come out... OH MY ! The desk clerk was rude and had the nerve to ask for a deposit. My family and I packed our bags , went back to the front desk asked for an immediate refund and got out of there as fast as we could . Pet Friendly

I booked a room for 3 nights and never did they mention Pet Friendly stay. Charging me $50.00 a pets stay this is so stupid it’s not like my pet weighs over 20 pounds barely weights 7 lbs and this is ridiculous. NEVER again plus the staff is so rude EXPLAIN AGAIN WITH BETTER PRICES.. I booked a room for 3 nights and never did they mention Pet Friendly stay. bed was comfortable room was warm , neighbors were noisy, decent price for the amount of time I stayed. Was close to the my destination which was GateWay Park and close to other places of interest.
