Terrible experience. Apt dirty. Appliances older than me. Dinnerware in worst condition. Unit 1108.

I gave 1 star because there isn’t less than it. Today is our first night and it couldn’t be worst. The unit 1108 is too old. It looks like nobody comes in the last years. The balcony was dirty. There are broken chairs. There is no bedding to the sofa bed. The appliances are too old and the dinnerware is horrible. I lost my money came to this place. The price to stay close to the beach doesn’t work. I tried to contact the call service, but they couldn’t receive a call after 5 pm. The sites didn’t explain about the pools. They are closed. I did a comparison with the unit 2011, because a couple of friends is there and it is totally different. I’m looking forward to a solution until tomorrow. Ok but wouldn’t stay here again

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. I would say it was ok for a first trip but I wouldn’t stay here again. The condo is very small and only sports half a kitchen. Serviceable but I would have preferred more considering it’s the middle of a pandemic and we are cooking more than we normally would on vacation. Also, the parking situation is TERRIBLE. I own a small to medium SUV which could barely maneuver the tight spaces in the garage. Think high concrete walls and super skinny passages with tight turns. I had to back up at every turn just to make the turns without scraping my car. I was so nervous to park in it that I opted to park in the side lot which was available for larger vehicles. Turns out your car has to be at least 16 feet to park their which is ridiculous because there was also plenty of parking in it. There were always open spots. So either risk scraping up the sides of your car or have next to nowhere to park. I was told the limited street parking was for residents only and I’d get ticketed by the city if I parked there so basically now I can never move my car. Anyway, the view is the top point here. Beach access was right across the street. Was not told that the pools would be closed. Fine considering what’s going on but would have been nice to know. I’ll do more research now that I know what to look for and find someplace else next time. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. Choose Carefully for Ideal Beach Stsy

The resort is well managed with clean beautiful pools and amenities. Most importantly, note that this is a condominium resort. Every suite is uniquely decorated & privately owned. Most are rented through Vrbo. Look at the pictures & find a unit that suits you! You can find a vacation spot with twice the space and value as any hotel! The beach is less crowded and in a prestigious upscale oceanfront location minutes away from all attractions. As suites are being purchased and renovated by new owners, the accommodations are amazing! The resort is well managed with clean beautiful pools and amenities. Never Stay Here

The resort itself was horrible! We could not turn the AC lower than 70 degrees. The room was musty and the bed very uncomfortable. Every time we needed anything and called RCI we were told that we had to go get it ourselves and they were very unhelpful. The resort itself was horrible! Guest service??!

Roaches prevail--this resort had recenlty sprayed for them but they were coming out of the light fixtures. The popcorn ceiling was flaking off in all areas. We had 4 towels, 2 washclotes, 2 face towels, 1 dishtowel and dishcloth, for two people for a unit that was supposed to accomdate 4. No dish detgerent for the dishes. The bath soap provided felt as if it was taken your skin off I had to buy more. Had two very small rolls of TP to last the entire week and no tissues. Had to go across town to retrieve the check in packet, upon arrival there was no one there to proivde this information. Then our key was marked as 650 but our unit was 1204 go figure.
