Usually great but not this time

Staff could not fix any of our problems and had to endure them the whole stay, Maintenance killed power to our whole Condominium and everything had to reset which took over an hour. I usually enjoy it here but not this time. Has a lot of potential but needs work!

Has a lot of potential but the rooms in South Hampton was horrible! They are privately owned so keep that in mind. Arrowhead, North Hampton, and Brighton are better. My family stayed there before and it was nice. The property is well kept and the staff is awesome but work has to be done in South Hampton to assure a better stay for all! Quick trip

Everything was nice terrific view of the ocean. I just wish breakfast was included with the condo considering we are paying a fee and we didn’t use the pool as we had to hear the banging of the building of the new water park Everything was nice terrific view of the ocean. Loved our room but not happy with hotel management.

We absolutely loved our rental in the Margate tower ! It was beautifully decorated and everyone loved their rooms! The kitchen was great and so were all of the bedrooms and the main living area. I will definitely stay here again. The downside from renting here was the horrible experience I had with the manager at the Embassy suites. We asked for an upgrade and she refused to honor our email that we received from them to give us a discounted rate. She was downright rude and as she walked away from me after she refused to honor my email from them she commented that she was done for the night. I’ve never experienced a manager with that kind of attitude before and I’ve traveled extensively for the past 30 years. This was a female manager working the night of November 19th. Sadly I did not get her name but she certainly did not set a good example for how a manager should act towards a guest. Otherwise so we loved our room and had a great experience. The images online are not what you’re getting

It was a drastic difference I could see if it was a small difference but this was drastic and uncomfortable. When I wanted another room maybe they could have compromised on the price but instead it would have been hundreds of extra dollars to get something nicer.
