Останавливались в palihouse San Francisco, решили посмотреть на ночь в Майями. В итоге остались на 4 ночи. Отель очень чистый, интерьеры супер стильные, завтраки вкусные (можно заказать Uber eats к бассейну) до пляжа 5 минут пешком или отель отвезёт на ретро джипе с открытыми окнами и приятной музыкой. Антонио на ресепшн помог быстро зарегистрироваться и сделал наш отдых незабываемым, спасибо огромное! Обязательно вернёмся. Очень стильно

Отличный Отель. Останавливались на 4 дня. Все чисто и свежо. Номера просторные. Единственный минус, нет шкафа. Красивая зона бассейна. Очень приветливый персонал. На пляж возят на гольф каре. Дают пляжный зонт и пляжные стулья. Сервис отличный. Отель соответствует фотографиям на сайтах. Отличный Отель. Останавливались на 4 дня. Все чисто и свежо. Номера просторные. My clothes still smell

I've stayed at the Palihouse for over a month last year so for Art Basel I decided to stay again. I recommended that several of my clients and friends also stay there. I am embarrassed to have sent them. To say you were understaffed is an understatement and worst of all, the rooms reeked! It smelled so bad that all of my clothing and belongings have to be dry cleaned because its impossible to get the moldy soy-sauce smell out. When we checked in our room had someone elses dirty undewear in one of the bins and the floors were soooo dirty--to take one step on them without shoes (should have provided slippers) would make the soles of our feet black and covered with debris. Took so long to reach anyone by phone. And the construction/ coming home at night is just not safe. I am really upset about the smell and the fact that I was incorrectly charged for an extra night.... Good thing I double checked the bill. Horrible experience

I really wanted to like this place as it’s very well priced and the decor and vibe of the place looks adorable online. However my experience was actually awful. The hotel is surrounded by road works and construction so it’s impossible for taxis to find and access. The main entrance is a tiny door, there is no concierge so if you have luggage trying to squeeze in and then be met immediately with stairs isn’t ideal. I arrived at night from a late flight and the elevator was broken, the restaurant was also closed due to an event so it wasn’t possible to order food. The walls are paper thin so if you’re hoping for a good sleep you can hear EVERYTHING. In the morning when I went to make coffee I realized they had forgotten to place a coffee machine in the room (on the booking it said there was a Nespresso machine) so I had to order some… it took 5-6 attempts to call reception to answer. The lack of food available, think walls, broken elevator and location amongst road works and construction is all tolerable but not ideal.. the biggest deterrent was how rude the staff was. Antonio on the front desk spoke to me in a demeaning way as if I was a huge inconvenience to him for providing business to the hotel. As a woman traveling on her own this was a horrendous experience and I feel he wouldn’t speak to a man in the same tone and it just left a really bad taste in my mouth and really tainted the entire experience at the hotel. Waiting to check out it took around 30 minutes for them to collect my bags…… they then refused to order a taxi for me stating that tqxi drivers don’t like to come to the hotel. honestly my experience here has been super uncomfortable and I definitely would not recommend it. Go somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business and have functional facilities and kind staff members. very nice decorated rooms Service not really good, depending on the member of the staff, one very unfriendly person and another one very nice and helpful. So mixed experience. Art Basel

I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after coming back from a long day of art in south beach. Alayna, Froincisco, Florian and Daniele were awesome and Sorry for anyone I missed and most likely incorrect spelling of names ;) I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after coming back from a long day of art in south beach. ESPECTACULAR!

Palihouse is a stunningly beautiful and supremely comfortable boutique hotel. It is truly a beautiful place made even more comfortable by the world class service provided specially by Daniel, Florian, Arielle and Francisco. The architecture and design are spectactular and the attention to detail is unlike anything I have ever experienced in USA. And the hotel is really so near from the beach, that is spectacular. Palihouse Miami and Greenbrier Swim and Social are spectacular in every way. It would have been impossible to have a better time than we had. Thank you so much!
