Удобный отель

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи. Персонал на рецепции приветливый, быстро оформили поселение и на нашу просьбу оставить депозит наличными сразу согласились. В поездке по США лучше оставлять депозит наличными, т.к. Разблокировка денег на карте происходит не быстро. При выселении я попросил вернуть мне депозит также наличными, а то что мы потратили на ужин и на завтраки (брали без завтраков) я заплатил картой. Получилось удобно и быстро и без блокировки денег на карте. Номер был небольшой, но чистый, убирали хорошо. Очень порадовал вай-фай своей скоростью. После чекаута можно оставить вещи на рецепции, если не сразу выезжаете в аэропорт. Место положения лучше не придумаешь. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, метро воспользовались только для поездки в ОАК парк. Также на метро добрались из аэропорта в отель за $5 и обратно. Замечательный отель с прекрасными видами из окон

Этот отель - один из самых дешевых в центре Чикаго, до всех достопримечательностей минут 10-15 пешком. Рядом метро Луп - доберетесь еще быстрее. У нас была комната экономического класса - просторная, кровать широкая - а это было важно для нас так как муж 2 метра. Окно конечно маловато - но из него у нас был хороший вид на все близлежащие небоскребы. Кофемашина в номере и на каждой этаже бесплатно бутылки с водой - Мидвест довольно сухой, ночью попить точно захочется. Хотелось бы порекомендовать и ресторан отеля - вкусная еда. Отдельное слово про хороший сервис на рецепшен - заинтересованы, доброжелательны, дают дельные советы. Единственный минус, что до 23 этажа бесплатный вифи долетал, но с большими сбоями. Хороший вид из окна

Удачное расположение, близкое к Magnificent Mile с отличным видом на реку Мичиган. Удивил маленький размер номера, в котором почти все место занимала большая комфортная кровать. Персонал был очень обходительным и всячески помогал при оформлении документов. При заезде на карточке резервируют дополнительно около 50% стоимости проживания в сутки, будьте к этому готовы. Just enough

Mobile app, great location, up-to-date rooms with desks. Work space with self-serve coffee/espresso machine in a common area. Rooms in the tower section had cool views, although they are very small. A couple would likely find it cramped. Cheerful, helpful staff. Pretty much what you need for a business trip without unnecessary amenities. Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed, terrific coffee/work lounge!

I want to begin my review by saying yes, the CQ rooms are on the small side. That seems to be a topic of discussion for lower star reviews. For me and my boyfriend, it wasn't an issue: the room and hotel had everything we needed, and our stay was amazing! The building itself is beautiful, with lots of cool artwork. Leo put us in a room with a gorgeous view of the river, on a higher floor. The elevators are quick. The rooms have little Keurig machines, and there's a bottled water station right off the elevator. The second floor lounge is a coffee-lover's delight: their coffee machine creates anything your heart could desire, at any time of the day or night! There are lots of separated areas to sit and work if needed, with a wireless printer that worked great. I had an unexpected work issue come up. Pedro at the front desk was so helpful, and because of that I was able to get everything taken care of quickly. The location. Oh, the location! It's close to everything! There was always someone available to help with questions, to offer suggestions on where to go/what to do, and the staff really seemed to enjoy being there. They were fantastic. If you're looking for a great place to rest your head (the bed was soooooo comfy!) along with a central location to shop/sightsee/eat, and a staff who really care about the needs of their customers, this place is your place. Great spot. Very accommodating

We had a group of 34 or 17 rooms.Started discussions about 6 months before. I had stayed there once before. The location is great for Chicago. Rooms were updated recently. Lots of choices depending on your needs and very comfortable. We arrived very early (8am). They were able to get us in 7 or 8 rooms early and took care of the others shortly after. Very accommodating. Front desk could not have been better. Group coordinator Ms Wiggs kept in touch throughout. Its a great spot to stay. 20 of us got together on the second floor to watch the world series. To be blunt..I would stay there again and recommend it highly. BEWARE....not as good as some of these manufactured reviews stated. BUT HERE IS THE TRUTH.....

I would not recommend staying here at all! I booked through a second party which did not make a difference. I extended my stay for business convenience and the staff did not check to verify my extension which was had but as getting ready and dressed the bellboy opened the door to my room three times w/o knocking which I told him not to do again and I was so unsettled about it I opened the door and asked him why he keeps doing it and he said his boss at the front desk ordered to do it. Ceiling issues had debris falling on me in room 1010 on one side of the Hotel, then the woman at the front desk who claimed to be the General Manager I guess retaliated by putting me in a room that was so cold, had plaster and dirt coming out the doors making me cough I decided to search for the CQ Hotel CEO who they did not know (FYI he is John Paul Nichols). Right know I am freezing in my room; I prepaid and wish they would fully refund me; even for the days I suffered but I purchased a no-refund ticket. My closet is bigger than the room this lady gave me and it is freezing so bad in here. I am going to contact the CEO. I would not recommend staying here at all! Chicago Downtown hotel - great location but everything else sucks!!

This room content was very dismal and most of the staff were downright unhelpful. Here are the list of things we found dismayed: 1. The room seemed like a expanded closet -- no other hotel we have stayed in your neighborhood has such small rooms 2. The room had no climate control -- it seems like a room from 1920s. we were told that it either has heating or cooling and now it can only heat. The room was boiling and housekeeping said the only thing we can do is to get a fan...A fan is what we used to cool ourselves. No sleep on 2 nights. 3. No storage rack and no place to keep our luggage. We used the chair - so no place to sit other than the bed 4. No options with Keurig. Told that manager does not order decafe or other keurig pods. No use of the coffee service. 5. The pillow was like sleeping on a phone book. Told that they did not have softer pillows. 6. The service was atrocious. At one time, they told us that there were many requests from guests. They informed us they would be unable to serve us and to call back 7. The check in person was very rude and the CQ app just sucks!
