Best choice next of Delta do Parnaíba!

Excelent place, situate in a marvelous region. Food and drinks are amazing. Employees are very friendly and always helpfull. The hotel stays 56 km from Delta do Parnaíba, 200 km from lençóis Maranhenses and 190 km from Jericoacoara. For those who likes a driving experience, its a strategical hotel to stay. No way! Worst customer experience ever!

Worst customer experience ever! In Macapa there is not much around (sort of ghost city). People are however very friendly and we were there for kitesurfing, staying in a pousada in the center with our twins aged 20 months, yes 20 months. One day we say lets go have lunch and spend the afternoon in this « 5 star » hotel, which by the way is in the middle of nowhere at 7km from the center of Macapa. Once there we were told that to use the pool it would be 150 reis/adult and 60/baby!!!! Really! A hundred euros just to use the f* pool while we were about to spend money for the lunch and drinks during the afternoon, with 20 months babies? Ridiculous, not customer-oriented. They in fact lost money by not having any business acumen. Forget about this hotel and its low level management. I travel all around the world, business and holidays. Never seen such a crap. Bad customer service and food

Despite the beautiful nature, the hotel has a bad customer service. They charge 50 reais upfront if you come just to eat at the restaurant. The food was not good. Amazing place! Amazing service! Great trip :)

What an amazing resort. It is all along by itself on a beautiful untouched beach. There is wonderful beach side and pool side service. The rooms are very clean and bathrooms are great. Lots of room, so many lounge chairs. The free breakfast is amazing!!! Truly spectacular , a giant long table full of delicious choices. The waiters are kind and friendly.
