Хочется плакать и быстрее уехать

Очень редко пишу отзывы, но в данном случае хочется уберечь людей от этого кошмара. Отель очень уставший, все старинное - от ресторана до номеров. Кондиционер был смонтирован в прошлом веке, наверное, во всем мире последний такой старый остался - тут. Абсолютно все пошарпанное и убитое, даже элементарное зеркало. За последние много лет впервые вижу в отеле 5* покрывало вместо одеяла, а к шторам просто страшно прикасаться. Единственный нормальный бассейн, как оказалось, доступен только для постояльцев корпуса Атитьюд, о чем никто не говорил при бронировании. На ресепшн и в лифтах кондиционеры не работают, стоит духота. Как говорил киношный герой : не возвращайся туда , где был счастлив! Не послушались и вот: Раньше когда отель носил гордое название Hyatt и в нем не было убивающее всю мотивацию персонала системы все включено, это место было заветной мечтой путешественника. Теперь, берег не убирается, старое здание в ужасном состоянии, рестораны стали столовками , в японский даже ходить не надо иначе понятие японской кухни будет вызывать тошноту. Персонал забыл как надо держать марку, хамство и лень. из плюсов, ничего кроме месторасположения. Да, ценник по прежнему высок! Как говорил киношный герой : не возвращайся туда , где был счастлив! Очень плохой отель((

Это самый плохой отель, в котором я была, а была я много где. Старый обшарпанный номер с запахом старых труб, нереальный шум от вентиляции даже на 9 этаже, все здание вибрирует, даже в берушах спать невозможно. Ночью ещё отключили воду в туалете))) Нам типа сделали апгрейд в их новое здание Altitude, там конечно новый красивый номер, но там ещё громче, гул и вибрация от вентиляции соседнего отеля, как на взлетной полосе, поэтому мы отказались от такого апгрейда и остались в старом жутком номере который они называют номер deluxe:))) благо что всего на одну ночь. вайфай слабый, бассейны грязные, вообще по всей территории запах канализации стоял, я в шоке. На ресепшн постоянно очереди на час, при этом всем пофиг и количество персонала не увеличивают, люди просто стоят и ждут с детьми и чемоданами. Завтрак отвратительный, выбора вообще нет, все невкусное. Единственный плюс это отличный пляж рядом с бирюзовым морем и белым песком. Это самый плохой отель, в котором я была, а была я много где. Bienvenido a Mexico!

Отель Krystal Grand Cancun расположен в очень удачном месте. В пешей доступности супермаркет, сувенирные лавки, ночные клубы, дискотеки, прокат автомобилей Hertz и AmericanCar, паром на Isla Mujeres. Номера просторные, чистые, достаточное количество розеток, в том числе USB, мягкие полотенца, минибар – все отлично. В номере есть утюг и гладильная доска. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид на море, очень приятно с бокалом Маргариты созерцать эту красоту. Очень позитивный отзывчивый персонал. В ресторанах принято «эскортировать» гостей к столикам. Завтрак – шведский стол, еду на тарелки накладывает персонал. Обед и ужин в ресторанах a la carte, по меню, напитки приносит официант. На ужин нужно резервировать столик. Можно и прийти и без резервирования, но если не будет свободного столика, придется подождать. В отеле очень хорошая круглосуточная кофейня, бары отличные. Для совсем ленивых коктейли принесут прямо на пляж. Пляж. Он потрясающий. Белоснежный песок. Чистая прозрачная вода изумительного цвета. За счет волнореза умеренные волны, в которых можно спокойно плавать. А если отойти чуть правее, то можно и посерфить. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха! Прекрасный ресторан. Оригинальная подача блюд, очень вкусно и замечательное обслуживание. Мексиканская кухня - это что-то... Вечер дегустации новых для нас блюд превратился в праздник. Krystal Grand stay

I booked this hotel by doing a random Google search and I was quite pleased with my experience. The booking process was bizarre - there is no actual website by the hotel. We booked through Miami Vacation Store which is based out of Florida - Tania was my representative and she never responds to emails, always having to call to request to speak to her. She also gives you no directions on how the transportation works so we had to figure it out ourselves. If you do book via this company, get the transportation to the hotel and back to the airport for $25 a person, make sure you call the transportation company the day before to verify your time of pickup. 0/5 stars for her and that third party company. Carlos at the Beach Bar was the best server! He was always so friendly and on top of everything. Carlos and German at Ayami were the cutest servers, always making us feel at home. Miguel in risotto was also the best. Pros: location location location! Walking distances to the strip and Coco Bongo. The bus was also easy to navigate to the mall. The beach was gorgeous. Some hotels have no waves at their beach, we had decent sized waves which I appreciated. Covid antigen testing is $18. Cheaper than on the strip! The food was very good! The servers were amazing. Cons: you have to make a reservation for dinner using a QR code. However they give you the QR code when you arrive and half the time I didn’t have it with me. However we were able to get into restaurants a couple times without a reservation because people didn’t show up. We had to wait 25 mins one night and then no wait another night. Not all the restaurants are open at once because of staff, they have 2 open at a time when there are 3 restaurants. The buffet was mediocre but what buffet is ever actually good? I wish they had a restaurant for breakfast. The check in process took SO long. We waited 2 hours to get into our room even though check in was at 3. You can’t swim in the Infiniti pool unless you are in the Altitude which was annoying especially because the pool was empty half the time. I didn’t even know that the Altitude was an option because the website online is so weird. Seems like there is a lot of cons however they were all minor inconveniences that didn’t truly impact our stay. We loved it and would definitely come back! Worst Hotel in Cancun

The worst hotel in Cancun hands down. 1 hour waiting for check in and also for checkout. Food nothing fancy, and the same breakfast every day. 100 rules about what you can use on the beach and what pool you can swim in!!!!! Old rooms with ugly baths and loud A/C units. Employees do their best but the mess is to big. By the way big time harassment from the time share sales staff!!! The worst hotel in Cancun hands down. 1 hour waiting for check in and also for checkout. Best vacay ever

Awesome hotel!! Especially if you stay at the Altitude building! Food and drinks were on point, our bartender Jahir at the Altitude bar was bomb!! The beaches are the cleanest in cancun, would definitely Be back! Awesome hotel!! Especially if you stay at the Altitude building! Carlos Is The Best

My friend and I visited Ayami for dinner and Carlos was our server. He gave us incredible service, as soon as we sat down he made sure we had a drink in hand. We didnt have to wait for anything. All the food and drinks were delicious and we can’t wait to come back just to see Carlos. German was also very nice and gave fantastic service while we were there. Great long weekend

I went to the Krystal Grand for a long weekend in December 2021. The service we received really made our trip. We met some wonderful staff who truly love their jobs and helping guests. In particular, Hervick, who worked with the beach rentals went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He helped us with all of our daily plans and was so fun to be around. Raphael and Luis on the beach we’re also amazing servers! And German in Ayami was such a fun and attentive waiter. I really think the service we received was top notch. For the hotel, I would recommend some minor upkeep. Our room was very clean. But the plumbing was old - which caused loud noises and backup in our tub.
