В декабре 2017 проживали в этом отеле 4 дня, в целом, в отеле все очень хорошо, за небольшим исключением, что он немного подуставший в плане ухоженности территории и номерного фонда. К питанию, персоналу, анимации, вечерней программе вопрос нет, все очень хорошо. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить спорт зал, он шикарный: тренажёрный зал, зал кардио тренировок и отдельно зал для йоги и растяжки, проходят групповые занятия по расписанию. В залах очень чисто, уютно и профессионально. Expecting 5 star at Beach, stay elsewhere

We booked via a travel agency, leaned heavily on her expertise in choosing a hotel. She did offer us a multitude of choices(in hindsight we should of went with her direct recommendation). We booked Beach as it was on the edge of the coast and in a family of hotels with the assumption we would have access to the other hotels and their amenities. This was not the case. Booking at beach is their lowest tier resort and therefor you are unable to access Suites and Grands premises. The buffet was good when it was open, a lot of options and really polite staff. The reservation based restaurants can and should be skipped with the exception of the Japanese. The good: View, Beach, Pool, Staff The bad: Lobby smell, unavailable restaurants, unavailable amenities, limited drink and food options The temperature control in the room was not so great but to be expected on an island with a lot of humidity. The lobby had a VERY intense smell, I believe it may of been Papaya based but man, it was overpowering and I couldnt spend more than 2 minutes in there. Overall, would we visit Jamaica again? Wedding in Paradise!

A group of 24 of us headed to Jamaica for my daughter's wedding. Everything at the resort was wonderful, especially the staff! The food was absolutely fantastic and I miss it already! There were lots of activities by the pool, however, I personally found the music too loud so I tended to head to the beach where it was a bit quieter. I would highly recommend this resort to anybody that wanted to visit Jamaica! A group of 24 of us headed to Jamaica for my daughter's wedding. Great staff

We were there for two weeks and had a great time. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are polite and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool and beach are just beautiful. A special mention for outstanding service to Khouri Mendez of the waiting team for making our meals so enjoyable, always smiling, respectful and very good at making people feel at ease. We couldn't have asked for a better waiter. I hope Iberostar looks within its own staff when they are looking to fill vacancies, there is so much potential in people like Khouri. A big shout also to Amanda of the housekeeping team, she kept out room spotless and was always singing in a beautiful voice. We would also like tothank Sheneill of the entertainment team a great addition to the hotel staff. All in all a great country, great hotel and great people. Thanks for a wonderful time. I recently stayed at Iberostar Beach Rosehall. Had a fabulous time!! Had a little issue with the room at initially check in , but the problem was immediately resolved. I was given a new room with Ocean View. The staff was incredible, everyone was very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Daniel a new trainee who got me a cup of mint tea when I arrived Hungry and exhausted.
