Great service and water sports fun

Loved staying here with the family. We had a great trip packed with fun activities and great amenities. Special shout out to the whole entertainment crew Jessi, Erik, Irene, Bere, Dania, Juan, and Henry they made the trip that much more special. Thanks Dreams Vista Loved staying here with the family. Great customer service

Hello! This review is solely based on the customer experience received while our stay at Dreams Vista. We were extremely happy with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Their focus on high quality customer service transferred in every employee we encountered. From Samuel at the front desk helping us with a late check out, to Mayra that helped me understand my membership benefits, to Marco, our daily waiter, at La plaza, we have nothing but positive things to say. Marco from La plaza especially was very friendly, helpful, personable and always ready to take our not so easy orders. We are very thankful for making our stay so enjoyable. Best resort with the best staff!

Being my first time at dreams resort we had an amazing time. there are an endless amount of food choices with many different cuisine‘s with an amazing quality of food which is an understatement, not to mention the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re having a good time. My favourite was Erik who does his job very well and makes it look effortless! Good Stay Overall

We checked in to this hotel with UVC - which is their membership club. They did not give us the room we booked and in fact told us that the rooms were all occupied. However, after a lengthy conversation with UVC staff and after being told the rooms were booked we were moved to the room we booked the next day. I feel that the preferred club manager lied to us about occupancy and was being overly difficult when we had screenshots of the room we booked. Besides being lied to about occupancy and not getting the room we booked when we arrived - we had a great vacation. The entertainment staff Erik, and Berenice were great. Eduardo at the Barracuda bar always remembered us and our drinks, even from last time we came a year ago! Juan Pablo was excellent with our kids at the surf area and Juan's service at the beach was also great! We will likely chock the debacle at check in up to a miscommunication and would stay here again. The resort is very nice, and the preferred bar on the roof as awesome as well. Dreams Vista was a dream come true.

First person to come in contact with was Victor, our Bellman, he was superb in every aspect. Always had a smile and always happy to see us throughout the week. Staffing was very helpful and housekeeping was amazing. First person to come in contact with was Victor, our Bellman, he was superb in every aspect.
