Отличное место, тепло, красиво, везде пахнёт горелыми тряпками, но это не проблема) спокойно, местные пристают , но тоже терпимо. Сервис на 4 так как ребята островные, и устали уже давно) в отеле все красиво, много еды и питья, и всего остального тоже много! Royalton Fit

I did the paddle board workout with Daniel and it was a fantastic experience. Daniel did a great job leading the class and encouraging us. The workout kicked my butt and I’d highly recommend. No Diamond Club, No love

Let me start with the grounds are beautiful and service staff are amazing! Beach was nice for sunbathing BUT the front desk and check in staff need serious customer service training!! Rude and not accommodating at all, they seem to be incentivized by TIPS only. Food was subpar with long lines to get it, think waking up at 8 am to add your name to a list for unconfirmed dinner reservations. No calls, no app for booking. Room service no better, we waited 2 hours for delivery. Apparently, you need to upgrade to Diamond Club for the butler service which will greatly improve your experience. I didn’t know this when booking, the additional cost would have been worth it for the frustration experienced to have a decent meal. We stayed on the Blue Waters side for more $$$ yet you share the amenities (pool with slides for kids was closed for 3 of 5 days of stay) with the White Sands side which is significantly less, think half the price. Jamaica is a great place to visit but this resort was inadequately staffed and not ready for the crowds that booked. It’s GREEDY to charge top price knowing that you’re experiencing severe labor shortages. My favorite line when asking front desk for someone from management “the property manager is attending to a a matter on the other side” no matter which side you asked, the “manager” was on the other side and unavailable. Best Service Ever!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay Jamaica and upon my arrival I was upgraded to the Diamond club Oceanfront Corner Suite and I had two butlers assigned to my room Patrick and Peter. They provided the absolute best service I've ever received at any resort! Every day they made sure I had a prime beach location with a cabana, brought me towels and sunscreen, they checked on me throughout the day, personally delivered me lunch on the beach everyday and escorted me to and from dinner every evening. They also booked all my dinner and spa reservations for me. They were so amazing that the friends I made at the resort were wishing that they were there butlers for the week! I can't wait to revisit this resort just because of the service that they both provided me and not to mention the accommodations were also really beautiful, everything was clean and stylish. The views were also amazing and the beach was well maintained with amazing blue water! Thank you so much Patrick and Peter for making my experience that much better and I hope to have you both the next time I'm in Jamaica! Couples trip

The royalton was nice. Our butlers Michael and Lee was wonderful. They made things happen for my Husband and I. The Italian restaurant was one of our favorite restaurants on the resort. Great Vacation

This was an amazing vacation . The overall service was great . The resort was beautiful. But we had two outstanding Butlers. Michael Lee and Ryan. They were very attentive to our needs. Whatever the ask, they made it happen . The butlers really made the visit worth coming back for. This was an amazing vacation . The overall service was great . The resort was beautiful.
