Wrong attitude

My please to say that I appreciated to all room service staff, they are friendly and enthusiastic as it is a requirement as always in hospitality. But, unfortunate, there is 1 staff using bossy voice to command guest and she did not sanitize after answered phone call while assisting for PCR test. During this pandamic, we all understood what we need to do when we back to Viet Nam for vacation after work, how distance we need to keep to safe ourself and others. We all followed instruction and we paid high price for accomodation. So, please have the right behaviour, right attitude to treat every customer. Owner has been built nice facilities with location, please have a nice staff to credit your bussiness. Regards. 2 weeks in FLC Sam Son

The hotel is very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel is located just next to a charming beach. Food was very nice as well. If I had any problem hotel staff solved it in a moment. The hotel is very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. I have a lovely sea view and the room is comfortable with fast WIFI. The staff are nice and friendly, best of all is that the food is great. I have been here for a week so far and I will be here for another week. I look forward to coming in Vietnams holiday summer season. 2 weeks Quarantine at FLCSS

After we returned from an international flight we had mandatory quarantine at FLC Resort Sam Son. One week in and the staff have literally done everything that they could to make us comfortable. This included them changing the entire menu for our group of pilots. Can’t wait to come back as a normal guest. Thank you! Low quality service for a 5-star hotel

The facility is overcrowded with other guests to the point where the restaurant denies to serve lunch. When I arrived and decided to eat lunch at Seagull hotel (in FLC Grand hotel), they directed me to another seaside restaurant in FLC luxury because of they are overcrowded. Yet when I travel to the seaside restaurant I am asked to go back to Seagull. The line waiting to check in was horrible and takes around 30 minutes. There is door between my room and the next room. The room next to mine plays music too loudly since the evening of the first day but I couldn’t reach reception on the hotel line until the next morning to complain. The reception is always difficult to reach and it takes very long for someone to pick up. The elevator is way too small and slow for a hotel with so many floors and rooms. There is no minibar service available in the room. Would never recommend this facility as I have only felt frustrated since the moment of arrival.
