Kudos to Mario for ensuring our safe passage around this expansive resort.

My mom's sister and I came here to celebrate Christmas and 50th bday together because we Live miles apart. I want to go to some place where we can enjoy warm weather instead of Winter. while vidanta is gorgeous it's also very hard For someone with some mobility issues to navigate the expanse of the property. I want to thank Mario For his kind And extremely Personable service And always being there to shuttle us around this huge property, and give great insight on where to eat Involve Nuevoo and Puerto Vallarta. He's a kind gentleman and very very caring to ensure my mother was safely transported throughout the property. Thank you. It's people like you that make us like this resort. Santa’s village

Everyone was very friendly and inviting! Accommodating to special needs and older crowds. Smiles all around on all faces! Fun and exciting for ages 1-8 very festive and friendly. We had a lot of fun. The joy squad was dressed up in christmassy outfits even in the climate. Five stars! Everyone was very friendly and inviting! Accommodating to special needs and older crowds. Losing that loving feeling for Grand Luxxe.

We are members and come every year. As with everywhere, there’s less staffing. The service is not what used to be typical and there’s much deferred maintenance. We declined to meet with sales and were given a poor room yet we paid the same as always for a bad room that does not get stocked and there are none of the usual services like concierge on the floor etc. I completely understand some things are going to be different, but if I’m expected to pay full price, I should get what I was sold. They want people to keep upgrading but I heard many people at the pool discussing the changes. First world problem? Absolutely! But, if you want to charge me 5star pricing, then give me 5 star service and room. We are members and come every year. As with everywhere, there’s less staffing. Best Family Vacation!!!

We have loved our vacation so much and Milton treated us so amazing! He is so kind and funny and was like family to us. He made sure to always check on us and make sure we had a great vacation. Milton by the pool at Grand Luxxe Tower 1 is the best!!!! We have loved our vacation so much and Milton treated us so amazing! He is so kind and funny and was like family to us.
