I’m giving it a low rating due to the loud non stop music. I know all inclusives play music but this one never stopped . So don’t book if you like a bit of quiet. Food was ok but restaurant by the pool not so great and menu never varied. Staff were helpful in changing our room to help lessen evening loud music. Solid 3.5 star resort

If you are looking for a posh hotel and luxury accommodations, this place is not for you. But if you are OK staying at 3 or 4 star resorts, this place will suit you just fine. Yes, it's an older resort and probably needs full renovations on all the rooms. But it's compact and easy to get around. One warning, the hotel slopes down to the beach and there is no way to avoid stairs so those with mobility problems should give it a pass. Food is OK, like all resorts some things are better than others but you will always find something to your liking. Buffet seems to be understaffed, sometimes there is only one or two serving staff working which doesn't work with 4 or 5 food stations. Not sure where the staff go because 10 minutes later there are half a dozen staff serving. Julia and Martin who work as managers in the buffet during the day are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The specialty restaurant is very good and you should try it for dinner at least once. You can make reservations for the restaurant using the web based Decameron hotel app which is very convenient. Wifi is spotty and seems to cut out occasionally but that's just a minor annoyance. Housekeeping service seemed to happen late in the day [4pm] which I did not like and a couple days they seemed to forget about us and we didn't get service and had to call for fresh towels. The location is good close to convenience stores and a mall with shops and services, Starbucks and McDonalds and a La Comer supermarket. Excellent service

Very very good. Extremely nice and definitely went out of his way to make sure our stay was amazing. He helped navigate us through the city to make sure we have a great time at Cabo. Provided great service and was very attentive whenever we were being served. Very very good. Extremely nice and definitely went out of his way to make sure our stay was amazing. You get more than you paid for.

What’s you expect more for the price. I give 5 stars for the views and drinks! Staffs are friendly and facility is clean. I mean, you get what you paid for but you get much more than you paid for at this resort. Food is just ok and room is also ok but it’s clean at least. Terrible staff and management

The staff at this location is terrible. The rooms are disgusting nothing like the pictures. Save your money and go somewhere else. All inclusive is a joke. Beer is flat, the food is disgusting and Perla at the front desk is a total Joke. Their exterior canopy before entering the lobby is falling apart and should be a hazardous area, and don’t get me started on their cleaning crew.
