Many y Jatcil, Atenas, Orlando, Yael, y Melanie Ed los mejores ! No favorito persona en el hotel!! Best time ever - fun activities, fun people - had a great time. Vacation

Arenas Excellent vacation with my girlfriend and good restaurants. Perfect drinks and pool was fantastic. The weather was sunny everyday and everyone had a great day. BEST VACATION EVER

Yukiko and Atenas made our trip extra special. They made us even more excited to spend our our entire day by the pool! Vidanta made the right decision hiring these two ladies! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this incredible place, after 15 years it has not gotten old. Yukiko and Atenas made our trip extra special. Don't Care About Owners

We have been owners for approx. 20 years and we went to a owners "Update", the last time we were at the resort we upgraded in order to get into the Grand Bliss where we upgraded to several years ago and could only get a room there once. We found out that we didn't get what we were told we were getting. We spoke to the Manager and all they wanted us to do was to spend a significant amount to upgrade again. They couldn't care less that we didn't get what we were promised . Once they have your money you are dirt to them. Do not Again Do not buy anything here save your money and spend it somewhere else.. Last evening we went to the restaurant Quinto , expensive but we knew that before we went. The steak that we ordered was soo tough that we couldn't finish it. We told the server and nothing was done , no manager nothing. Today we received an email asking us to review the restaurant , as soon as you try to give a poor review it kicks you out of the site apparently only good reviews are accepted , again they just don't care once they have your money. Vacation

Came here as two sets of couples! Loved the food and Beachland especially. Great views of the beach and beautiful rooms! Melanie and Orlando at the pool were great!
