Great experience

That was the first time at Thermas Walter World Resort and we had a very high expectations due to our previous vacations in another all inclusive hotel. At the arriving, we found the front desk not appealing and the bathroom (at room) a little bit dark and old but , after that, we were POSITIVELY SaURPRISED by the whole structure which is so nice. Many swimming pools with warm water, splash, toboggan, mini zoo, monotrail, cars museum, and a big park that unfortunately was closed due to city hall recommendation because COVID-19. All food and drinks so tasty and in big quantities. The best experience was regarding the staff. All of them so kind and always ready to help. Our SPECIAL THANKS for Daniela, Jose and Patrick (concierge) that were very proactive and concerned in ensure we had a great stay. Also many thanks to the children monitors team TIENTAO (Tio Grilo / Tio Gigante / Tia Panda / e Tio "Desconhecido" - my son loved them, enjoyed a lot and did many friends). STRENGTHS: staff (definitely) / care with COVID-19 / structure SPACE FOR IMPROVEMENTS: pillows softness / cleaning staff a little bit noisy early morning Thank you so much for giving us a great experience. Carnival in Poços de Caldas

Nice infrastructure, specially if you have kids! Not a fancy hotel, but with fair price and very nice and staff! We stayed 5 during the Carnival, it rained all days, but the indoor attractions and hot swimming pool kept us happily busy! Nice infrastructure, specially if you have kids! Vacation 2018

I came to this hotel 4 times, this year on vacation in December 2018, as usual the the Waiters Team always greet you as part of family looking for serving you all the best. This year we had a very greatfull surprise which all the swimming pools right now have hot water, what makes our stay much more comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel and sure will come back. Way overpriced!

The photos on the website are hugely exaggerated! The rooms you see are the rooms you'll pay 1500 a night for. The only good thing about the hotel is if you have kids there's loads of stuff for them to do but beware the park is only open on weekends. The hotel itself is soulless and looks more like a hospital inside! I can not understand why anyone would pay so much when there are so many much nicer places around with much more character. Nice for family with small kids

It is a hotel inside a amusement park. Being a guest at the hotel gets you access to the park which is around the hotel. The hotel has some nice area for kids, monitored activities for kids above 5 years old, all inclusive restaurant, with drinks included and decent swimming pools structure. They even have a warm water group of swimming pools that was very nice in the evenings. Rooms have plenty of space and are cleaned often. Very limited TV channels, not enough for the kids.
