Good location

This hotel is very close from the Gramado Expocenter. If you are going to an fair or event at the Expocenter, this hotel is in a good location. But, this hotel offer some rooms in the second tower, located at the back of the land and downstairs from the reception. The guest feeling on those rooms is not so good. Rooms are a little noising. The strong point of this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Breackfast is normal, nothing especial. This hotel is very close from the Gramado Expocenter. The best hotel i've been in my whole life. Service perfect, room prefect, cleaning perfect I'm speechless about the breaking fast. Differents types of breads, muffing, corn flakes, juices, etc. I really loved staying there. The best hotel i've been in my whole life. Needs some TLC and attention to detail

Room is big and comfy, shower can be good if you can get the temperature right (either boiling hot or lukewarm/cold) and breakfast is all right. It's listed as a 4 star hotel, but I'd say 3 is good enough. Staff are friendly but nobody speaks a word of English or Spanish, and some can be a little uninterested. Our room has a broken toilet, with water being wasted. Heating is on full blast 24h/day the room gets so hot you have to leave the windows open, not to mention the noise it makes: it sounds as if someone is running a bath. There's no way you can turn it off. One beer in fridge for two people, and no bottle opener, and what is consumed doesn't get replaced. It was also annoying to find 1 small bottle shampoo, 2 conditioners but no shower gel! A very good place to stay!

The place was clean, calm (even full) and the staff was very helpful. The best time to have breakfast is when it is just opening at 6:00 AM. After 8:00 AM it is almost impossible to have a quiet or relaxing breakfast. The restaurant is average. There were two waiters really friendly and helpful. That guys served us for two opportunities and we really enjoy the dinners because of their good service. TIP: There is a (secret) supermarket nearby within walking distance (just across the street, go right and walk to the left side) where you can purchase water and some snacks for emergency. City Hotel, just what you need in Gramado

The hotel is not in the inner of the city centre, but it was near. I is not a resort, so there are not many other things to do, but all you need is a place with good bed, and good food. Breakfast was superb! I have just come from the Northeast of Brazil and this was much better. Rooms were beautiful and brand new. Everything working fine.
