Неплохой отель

Отель соответствует заявленным критериям на сайте. Номер хороший и оснащен всем необходимым. Есть фен, даже утюжок для волос и отпариватель для вещей. ТВ на русском нет. WiFi хороший. Такси у отеля без проблем. Будьте аккуратны с минибаром. Он сенсорный. И если вы решите освободить холодильник для своих бутылок или еды, вам автоматом все включат в счет. Никто разбираться не будет. В номере есть кофемашина. Воду бесплатно не ставят. Тренажерный зал очень условный. Пара беговых и гантели. Большой минус - отсутствие телефона для связи с ресепшн. То есть заказать еду или что-то спросить нужно спускаться на 1 этаж самим. Впервые столкнулась с таким. На крыше соседнего отеля Nobu установлены системы вентиляции. И с открытым окном в номере с видом на океан невозможно находиться. Очень сильный гул круглосуточно. Даже шума моря не слышно. В номере кондиционер не отключается, можно только прибавить-убавить. Убирают посредственно. Но пойдет. В барах на плаже, бассейне все очень дорого. Простой коктейль 23 $ плюс налоги и чаевые. Не говоря о еде. Но есть в холле отеля кофейня. Там немного дешевле. Зонтики на бассейне бесплатно. На пляже за отдельную плату. Завтрак тоже сложно устроен. Если платишь 32 (плюс налог и плюс чаевые)$, то можешь пользоваться всей линией шведского стола. За 22$ или 19$ вам принесут бутерброд. И больше ничего брать нельзя. Смотрят за этим. Кофе отдельно 5$. В общем дешевле либо в маркете покупать на утро. Либо в кофейне на 1 этаже. Она работает с 7 утра. Велопрокатом можно воспользоваться только установив приложение Movatic и оно не работало для русских номеров телефона. И менеджер ничем не помог. Можно было бы просто сделать аренду за наличные. Большой минус им за это. Из бассейна всех выгоняют при малейшей грозе или даже намека на нее. И сразу начинают собирать зонтики и полотенца. Это очень почти каждый день нашего пребывания. К чему это делать непонятно. Район отеля не располагает ни магазинами, ни ресторанами. Пойти вечером некуда. Кроме ресторана при отеле. Шикарно!

Отель твёрдые 4*. Был номер сьют с фронтальным видом на море. Прекрасная терраса с диванами лежаками. Номер того стоит однозначно. Удобная кровать, не сильно мягкая, спина не болит, что для американских отелей редкость. Большой бассейн отличный, а в маленьких плохое очищение - подцепила какую-то заразу, пришлось антибиотик пить. На пляже лежаки входили в стоимость (часть), а зонтики нет. Хороший завтрак в отеле. Есть более дешевая альтернатива - Старбакс внизу. Отель однозначно рекомендую!!!! Отель твёрдые 4*. Неплохой отель в Майами-бич по адекватной цене

Вполне приличный отель, в котором можно смело останавливаться. Качество номера и уборки - выше среднего американского стандарта. Есть пляж и хорошая терраса лобби бара для завтрака (или просто посидеть). Рядом бесплатная парковка (в ночное время с 18:00 до 08:00) Вполне приличный отель, в котором можно смело останавливаться. Комфортный отель

Комфортный отель, соответствует званию 4*. На мой взгляд, цена серьезно завышена, и это существенный минус. Второй минус - негде поужинать. В отеле есть всемирно известный ресторан Nobu, но там в основном японская кухня, пойдет на легкий перекус, но ценник ресторана очень высокий, то есть как минимум не для каждого, если еще вспомнить цену за номер. У нас была машина, можно было уехать куда угодно. Без машины будут трудности с доступностью других заведений. Комфортный отель, соответствует званию 4*. The best valet experience

I went in today to eat with my family at the new restaurant and when I got out the valet informed me that the car didn’t start. And in that moment, Jose Cavalieri, the director of parking took full control of the situation. He went out of his way to find jumper cables to start my car. He was honestly a life savor and managed to turn a bad situation into a great one! will be coming back if valet service is this caring towards their guests !! Who needs blinds?

Terrible experience here. I came with a corporate group and was not impressed. First off our room was an ‘ocean view’ which you can barely see the ocean over the dirty roof of the bottom level of the hotel. Also our room was ‘renovated’ but we were missing our blinds. We had the blackout curtains but no other blinds with about 100 windows looking into our room. So it’s either be in full view of the entire hotel or have a pitch black room. For the price to stay here you would at least expect some privacy. When the issue was raised to hotel staff no one really seemed to care. Terrible experience here. I came with a corporate group and was not impressed. First off our room was an ‘ocean view’ which you can barely see the ocean over the dirty roof of the bottom level of the hotel. So it’s either be in full view of the entire hotel or have a pitch black room. For the price to stay here you would at least expect some privacy. Book elsewhere! Shockingly Disgusting

This was our second visit to the hotel within 3 years. From start to finish this hotel has lost its friendliness, class and cleanliness. From the beginning, check in took more than 30 mins early evening after a 10hr flight, 2hr wait to get into the country it’s not what u expect from this sort of hotel when only 2 more people in front of you. No apology for the wait just a young lady with 1 speed no social skills and a very expression ate face. We get to our room to be greeted with the most fausty smell a room could create, smelt damp, cold and uninviting. Thankfully guest services moved us quickly only plus point of the week we were in the hotel. Room servicing was hit and miss, our bins wasn’t cleaned for 5 days, floor not hoovered for 4 days until I requested it to be done. Towels were stained, thin and again varied to what you would be left each day. For a 4 star hotel you expect clean, fluffy towels, it doesn’t happen here! Food in the hotel is very expensive for what you get, bland and unimaginative. For months leading up to our stay we were in touch with hanna from concierge great service well informative with information requested about dinner for thanksgiving. On thanksgiving couldn’t get a table in main restaurant even as a hotel guest and Manager couldn’t do anything to help! Concierge man no name was provided by him useless, knew nothing and when confronted about eating opportunities he hung up on me. Raised this with Pedro the duty manager who took 40 mins to call me back. We had an issue mid week with noisy neighbours who were under age drinkers partying in the their room at 1:30 am and it took security until 3:39am to resolve the noise. No apology from Hotel the next day nothing even though I had visited the front desk to ask what had been done about it. Throughout the week I asked to ensure senior management were aware of my complaint to which they said yes, I am yet to have any communication from any manager from the hotel about the service I was provided and my complaints I raised. Be aware of the 49usd daily charge for parking even this didn’t work right, they kept losing the car or where they parked it where is was supposed to be or as blocked in a number of excuses for waiting over 30mins for our car. Resort fee for what the service is appalling, the staff our rude and the hotel is run down and dirty, see my images in this post, dirty hair dryer that was sticky to touch, tiles floor never washed properly, carpet thin and smelling old nor vacuumed and bath rude with flaky coating, plug hole that had never been cleansed or cleaned. The hotel needs some loving and redecorating in the bedrooms. Public areas give a good first impression however the cracks begins to show very quickly. Only plus side was the view as we were on floor 21 this could not be ruined by anything or anyone from the hotel. We will not be back to this hotel we would rather spend our money elsewhere where we are treated like guests and not an inconvenience. Misleading advertising, absolutely avoid

While the lobby is refinished, our suite was awful. It looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The room was dirty, moldy, and entirely outdated. We expressed our issues to the front desk and were told that "pictures of rooms are taken on the best days so that may be causing the differences". Personally, I was not aware that the presence or absence of the sun could change a balcony from glass walled to cement. I also didn't appreciate that when we brought the issue to the front desk about being in a completely different room than what was booked, they sent a member of the housekeeping staff. This is not the housekeeping staff's fault, they are clearly doing the best they can to upkeep a building in decline. The issue was that we paid for something that we didn't receive, and management was unwilling to admit to their shortcomings. We ultimately ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't relax in such a frustrating environment. You can even tell that the staff are fed up, they're clearly hearing the same complaints from visitors every day and are irritated at the management for not driving improvements. Choosing Eden Roc was absolutely a mistake and we will not be returning. The only redeeming quality of this trip was the pool and poolside service, everyone there was fantastic and I sincerely hope they are able to find their next employment at a more respectable venue.
