The best birthday celebration

What a perfect time—loved every second and detail. Resort, food, ambience were impeccable. And Cesar and Jose made our stay SO fun! From water polo to ping pong, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a blast and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Will be back ASAP. Thank you so much! Nightmare at Cabo Paradisus!

My daughter was married here December 2021. Hotel is beautiful and most of the food was great. Wedding was spectacular, now for the bad part. Our group consisted of approx 80 people. Checkin was a nightmare, they had double booked an extra room in my account and wanted me to pay. We tried to change this numerous times but it never got changed. This extra booking was their mistake. When I paid for the three rooms, the amount was more then our original quote. They did change it but it took awhile. The reservations manager Lorezo is terrible. We tried to watch the Cowboy game on Thursday night and the charge to bring a tv out was $650. We asked about this at check in and they said the tv would be in the bar area. No TVs anywhere except rooms and workout area. Never knew anything going on, no activities, shows, maps, restaurant information. No communication whatsoever. Wanted to see the turtles released and checked multiple times a day to find out when. They released them at 5:00 and I got nothing. We were there five nights and I asked at the concierge constantly. Kept hearing the same thing, they would send a text one to two hours before release. Nothing! Our good friends with the gold bracelets had some jewelry stolen from her makeup bag. After an investigation was made they found it two days later and said “Housekeeping Found it”. Another couple had a purse stolen from their room. They were also with the gold bracelet people. Both rooms were very close to one another. Day of the wedding we had reserved a babysitter for $100 an hour. Only four kids and babysitter couldn’t get there until 8:00. We ended up putting them in the Kid Zone and they still charged $600. There were four extra kids in the kid zone with the same amount of babysitters (two). I argued with Lorenzo about this and he was a total jerk. No Manager (Lorezo) skills whatsoever. We dropped them at the kid zone at 6:15 and picked them up at 11:05 in the hotel room. Charged us for six hours? $600 Ridiculous. Everything with the hotel was great. We are very unhappy with the customer service. Our favorite all inclusive was a Meliá resort but never again. Pure relaxation

Everything you expect to find in an all inclusive resort. Firstly the staff is tremendous and the reason Paradisus deserves all the recognition it gets. In activities it was a pleasure to participate in events with Jose, Jonathan, Omar, and Caesar. Thanks to Yalvany for all her assistance and attention to detail throughout the week. And what a delight to meet Gabriel, food and beverage,manager; no wonder the food and service in every restaurant was so spectacular every time. His dedication and tremendous staff made us feel like royalty. Wish we could’ve personally thank everyone in housekeeping, bartenders, waiters, gardening, kitchens, and laundry too. Everyone is working so hard to make your stay as memorable as possible. The ultimate vacation from checking in to departure. Thanks so much for such a wonderful week. Highly recommend Paradisus in Cabo

Paradisus was amazing! The food was delicious- better than any all-inclusive in the past! Staff was great, and they worked very hard (at times they were slightly short-staffed, but it was barely noticed). The property was clean and well cared for. There is great beach and swimmable ocean access. The activities staff was awesome, especially Cesar and Omar, with offering pool volleyball, water polo, Zumba, water aerobics and more! The staff was respectful with Covid protocols, but guests were allowed to wear masks at their own discretion except in restaurants (most property except some restaurants is outside). Amazing Vacation & Wedding Venue

If I could rate this place 100 stars I would! We have been to Paradisus numerous times on vacation, & when we decided to get married we chose Paradisus as our venue. We worked primarily with Apolo Calderon & Ariadna for the planning & they made it so easy! They brought in all of the vendors & made planning the event a breeze!!! The wedding was phenomenal & executed perfectly! Everyone had a fabulous time at the resort & everything was so gorgeous. Very cost effective & a dream wedding! I cannot thank the team at Paradisus enough! I highly recommend this place for vacation or your dream wedding! If I could rate this place 100 stars I would!
