Flat or Hotel?

Buenas tardes, The attention leaves much to be desired, it is a hotel or a flat, the people at the reception are not very helpful, the only one who took good care of me was the Miss who made my check in. I do not like the attention of a Flat hotel, if I knew that this hotel is a flat, I am not staying. Breakfast is not good, they don't know how to make an Omelet, what they make is a beaten egg with onion, tomato and chicken. The burnt sanguiches, the square tapioca, I never saw a square tapioca without taste and burned in the cheapest place. The service from the servers in the restaurant is excellent but the food is horrible. Incredible service by Marcelo

So we start with an unfortunate situation in which we booked an apartment that was not affiliated with hotel but was in the same building, but Marcelo was kind helpful and sorted us out at every step, he helped us book another hotel as it was 1am, he was amazing and spoke very good English, He called a taxi and phoned around for Accomodation as they were full and the owner of the apartment could not be reached, I’m convinced this man would’ve sorted out Accomodation for Mary and Joseph! Thank you sir! You made a difficult situation, sorted for us and you had no obligation to, bravo! Marcelo! Nice place close to the beach

Stayed here for three nights with my girlfriend and we loved it close to the beach friendly staff and a nice breakfast I would for sure stay here again if I come back. Beautiful view from the rooftop of the hotel

This hotel is located in Boa Viagem, a 20 minutes away from proper Recife centro by taxi. However, this part of the city is safer than centro as it is where most travellers based with lots of branded hotels. Nevertheless, the streets here are still full of homeless people, although most are pretty harmless, it is still a common scene and problem in major Brazilian cities. Recife airport is not far from this hotel and taxi will cost less than R$20 to/ from there. I stayed in a large double room with a separate living area and a small kitchenette. The room has two TV, one in the living room and another in the room. Although it did not work well during my stay. There was no coffee nor tea bags offered in the room, despite drinks and snack are paid for. My room was on 17th floor, with great view over city skyline. The view on the rooftop (25th pool side and gym) was stunning, one of the highlights during my stay there. Mesmerising sunset and night view on the top of the tower. Breakfast was OK with variety, although hot foods weren't suit my taste. Staff at reception desk were helpful and welcoming and there are a few burger and BBQ meat restaurants just a few blocks away. I would recommend this hotel to business and leisure travellers, but some improvement needed for the room services, such as tea bag and coffee, considering the price I paid (£45 per night). Got stomach sick after eating the picanha hamburger

I had been twice before, once me and my wife had the breakfast and another time dinner, i had shrimp kekabs and my wife sol meat kekabs. We were pleased with the service and returned. Yesterday we had picanha burgers, and both got stomach sick, i got worse then her. We asked for the burgers well done. I got sick worse then her.
