The property mismanaged and unreliable.

We booked a condo in this place, got confirmation from the property; and our credit card was charged the full amount. Then the property owner cancelled our reservation saying that the reservation was not available. They were not helpful and rude, would not give us an explanation. They just blamed VRBO. VRBO in return blamed the property owners. Do not book rooms at this place. It is mismanaged and unreliable. Extreme noise from the room above

We stayed at Club Wyndham Avon, Colorado for almost a week. Our first 2 days were wonderful and restful. On the third day, the extreme noise coming from the room above started in the afternoon until 11:45 PM. We heard furnitures being moved around, heavy objects falling, heavy walking, running, and jumping of people. I ended up calling the concierge twice to complain about the noise. It seems like the soundproof insulation of the rooms were good on the side walls, but not on the ceiling wall. You don’t hear noises from the neighbors except from the people living above your floor. Unfortunately, we ended up dealing with this kind of noise up to our last day. We expected to have a quiet and restful vacation only to be bothered by everyday noise until late night. It was a disappointing experience. We stayed at Club Wyndham Avon, Colorado for almost a week. Our first 2 days were wonderful and restful. Modern Ski Home At Beaver Creek

A weekend getaway for our USAFA cadet and us for last ski weekend of Beaver Creek season. Very nice, modern room with normal Club Wynham kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed and pull-out couch. The signs for how to check in for COVID weren't really clear so we just went inside. We started at the Beaver Creek Mountain for half-day ski before checking in.. The was an open door for a ski valet, but did see anyone around and decided to keep gear in car. Due to late season lack of snow, gondola was shut down and we had to drive up anyway. Lots of resturaunts and a grocery store nearby to load up the fully equipped kitchen. Due to COVID restrictions, the hot tub was by appointment only. Occupancy was low so we had no problem getting desired times. As noted by others, late checkout does not really get allowed and we are Wyndham VIP owners, so we made plans to be at a location an hour down the road to make a call. Very nice! I would go back to the hotel.

We got to the hotel last Thursday afternoon. Due to COVID, we had to call a phone number that was displayed in a billboard outside, and a staff member came out to receive us. We carried our luggage - there are bellman carts available - and parked the car in the garage ($15 p/night). We got a presidential suite, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Everything was super clean and tidy. We stayed for four days, and the hotel does not clean the rooms until the guests leave. The check out is at 10 a.m. We used the barbecue at the back (first come, first serve), and the weather was very nice to have dinner outside. There are a few couches and tables. Also, the paly room was open, but not the spa or other amenities. The staff was amicable and were there for 24 hours. We had no issues at all with the room or the staff. Very comfortable

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom suite for 3 nights. We had plenty of space, we liked the location near restaurants and a grocery store, and we had a great time. It was extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend the property. A couple of things to keep in mind: Parking costs $15/day for self-park. If you want to connect more than 4 devices to WiFi, you have to pay $10/day, which I found a little disappointing. Some things to check out within an hour's drive: Glenwood Springs has great whitewater rafting and the Glenwood Adventure Park is really cool. We also spent a day at Copper Mountain Resort (30 minutes away) and rode the mountain roller coaster, the water boats, and the scenic chair lift. Lots of things to do in this area!
