Прекрасный отдых!

Нам очень понравился отель,но по правде сказать нужен уже ремонт в номерах.Сервис на высшем уровне,еда тоже хорошая. Кондиционер в номере работает отлично,анимация целый день и по вечерам вечернее представление.Каждый день после вечернего шоу пела певица,причём каждый день разная,пели отлично...супер!Пляж великолепный, очень красивый и все окна отеля выходят на пляж.Спасибо за отличный отдых!!!!!!! Отдых в Dreams Sands Cancun

Отдых очень понравился.еда.напитки.мороженное.блинчики.все на высшем уровне.Администратор Карина и официант Артуро скрасили наш отдых.вообще все молодцы.стараются понять русских.Отель для семейного отдыха.с детьми очень подходит.Может вернемся.Незабываемые впечатления о Мексике Отдых очень понравился.еда.напитки.мороженное.блинчики.все на высшем уровне.Администратор Карина и официант Артуро скрасили наш отдых.вообще все молодцы.стараются понять русских.Отель для семейного отдыха.с детьми очень подходит.Может вернемся.Незабываемые впечатления о Мексике

Отель супер!!!

Отличный отель! Замечательный пляж, хочу подчеркнуть, что в этом отеле лучший пляж в Канкуне! На пляже шезлонгов и зонтиков более чем достаточно! Официанты на пляже тоже обслуживание на все 100%. Аниматоры увлекающие, аквааэробика просто супер, советую посещать ежедневно!!! Номера большие, просторные, уборка в номере 2 раза в день и отличная, обслуживание в номере полностью бесплатное (заказ еды, напитков и т.д.). Питание шикарное, разнообразное, очень широкий ассортимент блюд, особо хочется отметить сотрудников ресторана Роландо и Маурисио В общем, даже мне, путешественнику со стажем, придраться не к чему!!! Отдых мечты

Попали просто в сказку, потрясающее месторасположение, прекрасная погода, удивительных цветов вода и круглосуточное обслуживание!Аниматоры не давали скучать ни минуты, каждый вечер развлекательная программа, вообщем, если соберетесь в Мексику-то только сюда! Отель супер!

В данный момент нахожусь в отеле. Не понимаю отрицательных отзывов, отель супер. Лучшего сервиса я ещё не встречала. Я заболела, пришлось вызывать врача, он выписал мне лекарства, пошли на ресепшн узнать где их купить, в итоге через час мне принесли их в номер, взяв только стоимость лекарств, доставка бесплатно. С какой бы просьбой не обращались- помогут быстро и качественно. Очень хорошие рестораны Аля-карт, посещать их можно не ограниченное количество раз. В главном ресторане тоже все отлично, мой сын пристрастился есть по утрам красную рыбу. Я таскала себе фрукты в номер, здесь это разрешается. Можно заказать еду в номер (бесплатно). Пляж очень чистый, белоснежный песочек, да, долгий заход, но лично для меня это не проблема. Начиталась предыдущего отзыва и потащились мы на автобусе на пляж playa delfino, хотя гид Елена от Пегаса предупреждала, что не стоит. Что сказать - не о чем. Как писала девушка- там настоящие карибы, я в третий раз на карибах (Доминикана, Куба и сейчас Мексика), и в чем она увидела разницу - не поняла. Только в том, что там постоянно сильно штормит и купаться нельзя ! Мы с большим удовольствием вернусь в наш отель и занырнули в море. Зонтиков и шезлонгов всегда хватает, в какое бы время ты не пришёл, разносят напитки, короче супер. Мы находили несколько раз морских звёздочек ( из воды не вытаскивали), уносили подальше. Четыре огромные ракушки. Бассейны чистые, персонал везде очень приветливый и исполнительный. Некоторые даже немного говорят по русски. Номера все с видом на море, у нас был на 9 этаже. Это сказка, засыпаешь и просыпаешься под шум прибоя. Вечером ходили гулять по городу, рядом супермаркет chedrau, много сувенирных лавок. Короче, очень советую! Спасибо отелю за отдых!!! Great Resort and Beautiful Beach

This is a great resort. The beach is amazing. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Fernando from concierge was great at making sure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Teodoro was also great! he was very attentive and gave us amazing service. Because of the great service that they provided I would definitely come back to this resort. This is a great resort. Preferred Guest Beach area very attentive!

Our waiter in the preferred beach section, our server or how I like to refer to him as, my cabana boy, kidding lol, named Misael was very attentive and friendly and made us whatever drink we wanted even a drink made out of a pineapple on our first night. He even had drinks ready before you can even ask. I will be back as long as he will be my server. Dangerous resort

Horrible - I arrived with so much hope for a great vacation. Instead we arrived to an aging building in desperate need of repair. There was a fire in the elevators before we arrived - forcing everyone to use the tiny two person elevators. My daughter and her father got stuck in one and had to pry themselves out and crawl out in between floors. Terrifying for a 7 year old to experience. I went and asked to leave and asked for a refund for the rest of my stay . 20 days later no refund! Only run around from the front desk on how I booked in the USA and AMR has to refund me. My daughters father still doesn’t have his refund either . Terrible front desk management . Over $3k on a card I am waiting to get back. Amazing Staff and Beautiful Beaches

I'm going to start this review by saying this was our 2nd year in a row to Dreams Sands. the water is very calm in this area, and this is why many families choose to bring their kids here. Great area to walk up and down the beach in the mornings. The staff is still absolutely amazing, and this is the main reason we came back. Freddy (the bartender with the cart) was so incredibly friendly, and his drinks were amazing! By far the best passion fruit mojito! Fredi Marquez, Gerson, and Danny were 3 of our favorite servers on the beach. You guys were all so helpful and attentive. We truly loved talking with you all! And as far as the food goes, our favorite restaurant was Himitsu. Amazing sushi!! Pablo and Alex were great waiters there. Gaucho had tasty steaks, and ask for Carlos the waiter. He was very funny and always smiling. The buffet for breakfast was good at World Cafe. Green juice, grapefruit juice, very good coffee, and omelets made to order. Raul, Felix, Erick, Ethelberto and Manuel were very attentive and friendly servers. Olio was our favorite spot for lunch! Delicious ceviche and burritos. And at El Patio, we had very good tacos and a good meat platter. Jose and Erick were amazing! And for the activites group! It was so good to see some people from last year. Jennifer and Oswaldo! We loved spending time with you two! And it was great to see Ricardo in the lobby bar! He was so great to spend time with last year. We were sad we only saw him our last couple days on the trip. Now for the downsides to this resort. First off, they had a fire shortly before we arrived, so we expected to have a few bumps along the way. Beautiful views in the room, and it was always kept clean by the maid, which we appreciated! But, the cold water didn't work in the sink (had to call to have that fixed), the bathtub didn't drain well, so when you showered, there was 4" of water in the tub, and pieces of the wall in the bathroom falling off. These were minor things, since we spent little time in the room. The BIGGEST downside for the resort, is that they have lost so much beach, since even last year. I'm honestly not sure how much space for seating they will have by next year. Visit to Cancun

Gerson and Addy treated us very well. We rented a cabana at the resort. They kept us well supplied with cocktails and all the "mexican water" to keep the good time going.
