Отель в плачевном состоянии. Номера убираются очень плохо, половина сломано, постельное белье плохо простирано. Пляж плохой и заход тоже плохой в море. Завтрак был ужасный, скатерти мятые как "из одного места".не дожидаясь обеда переехали в другой отель. Отель в плачевном состоянии. Комфортный отель в нетуристической зоне

Комфортный отель в получасе езды от Мерсина, в нетуристической зоне, поэтому вокруг нет ресторанов и магазинов. У самого отеля большая зеленая ухоженная территория, свой пляж, бассейн (без подогрева, в ноябре вода была холодной), спа с хамамом и бассейном (вода почему-то тоже холодная), неплохой ресторан с доброжелательным персоналом, бар у бассейна, детская площадка, есть ночной клуб, но в него не заходили. Номера чистые, комфортные, убирают каждый день. Посоветовала бы выбрать номер с балконом. Летом должно быть неплохо для пляжного отдыха, но вероятно скучно из-за отсутствия туристической инфраструктуры. Для бизнес поездки идеальное место. Ничего не понравилось

Отдыхала в этом отеле с сестрой. Не понравилось ничего! Месторасположение отвратительное! Мало того что отель находится на выезде из города ещё и рядом нет ни одного магазина ни одного кафе и вообще никакой цивилизации. Персонал отеля "Никакой"! Никто не знает ни одного слова по английски только Турецкий! Приходилось пользоваться переводчиком! Предпочтение в обслуживании отдают туркам, туристов других стран игнорируют насмехаются и делают вид что не понимают. Завтраки просто ужас! И это все за такую не маленькую цену! Best buy in this region

The property is spreaded over 80 acres of a well maintained garden. The suits composed of two adjacent rooms and each have bathroom, TV and fridge in. There was daily cleaning service along with water, tea and coffee replenishment. The shore is pretty long and wide and sandy. The personnel were all smiling and friendly. We enjoyed a week there. It is sad when a hotel has seen its day...

My family was looking forward to this place as an end to our road trip in eastern Turkey. But, I'm sad to say, we were let down. First we were not warmly welcome by the front desk. They were just doing their job...nothing more. There was no negotiating on the price and we spent more at this place than anywhere on our travels of Turkey. We ended up staying just because it was late at night and we gave up on searching. The door to our room was very squeaky and hard to close. There was TP on the hinges of the bathroom door (?!). Shower was unsealed by old silicone and fixtures were not shined. The front desk could not accept foreign credit cards, so at 10pm at night I had to drive out to find an ATM. Returning at 11pm I found the reception lights off, so I figured I would pay in the morning. But alas, they came to my room at 12:30am demanding that I come to the reception and pay that very moment. The young messenger didn't even politely walk me to the reception but zoomed off on his little electric moped at top speed driving past me several times to make sure I was on my way. I obliged, but I couldn't even get a receipt. The place was loud with music (which maybe Turkish tourists like). All inclusive price meant you had to be at mealtimes at a certain time and I was disappointed at the crowds of people eating from a buffet line in the midst of covid19. The beach was filthy with trash. The pools (which is the highlight of the place) are only open at certain times. All this to say that I would skip this place. I just feel sad when I see a hotel that has seen its day and has become comfortable with "just being good enough" but not striving to be the best. I rarely write such a critical review (normally I write to the manager a private note with my suggestions). An amazing experience

I was really comfortable as soon as I got there. The room itself was very clean and tidy, I almost felt like I wasn’t in a hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, definitely some of the best service I have recieved. I was really comfortable as soon as I got there. Amazing service

This hotel provides excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they help you in every way. The hygiene is 10/10 there as well, it is clean and tidy and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and would come back here again and again! Service was brilliant couldn’t think of any negative comments for this hotel! Super helpful staff and fabulous food

The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful from as soon as we got there! We had some issues with our luggage at the airport & the staff were very accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - incredibly helpful. The food was great also, they had a wide range which is excellent (considering my husband is a fussy eater) - it was a lovely couples holiday, but is just as good for family ones with the water parks and evening entertainment!
