Прямо на Ocean Drive. Провели 10 дней в номере 3E. Большой номер с одной спальней. Места достаточно для 4 взрослых. Свежий ремонт, полностью оснащенная кухня (кроме посудомоечной машины), есть пляжные стулья, зонтики, сумка-холодильник. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Очень чисто. Шума нет, 3 этаж. Avoid at all costs!

One of 9 buildings in Miami Beach declared "unsafe for occupancy" by the city after the collapse of Champlain Towers. Owners have known of the condition for 7 years but hsve refused to spend the money to make the necessary repairs. So sad. Such a beautiful building. Beautiful, private condominium rentals. Iconic.

Great private short terms rentals with long term options. 24/7 staff. Steps to the beach entertainment, and dining. Common areas are clean and quite. Fantastic pace to stay!

As someone has already stated below, most of the reviews seem to be related to the restaurant on the front of the building, and I found that to be pretty good too. Anastasia was particularly helpful as our waitress on two occasions this week. In terms of the apartment we booked, 2N, I cannot speak highly enough of it. Spacious, clean, beautifully presented and a fabulous location on Ocean Drive. I'd definitely recommend this establishment and come back myself. Excellent in every way. Location, Location, Location

Such a great, comfortable, relaxing and did I mention location? Right in the heart of South Beach across from Lummus Park and the beach! Super quiet and very well maintained, 24 concierge for your convenience, always willing to help and go the distance to get you what you need. Lillian the day concierge was the kindest, most caring individual you could ever meet with fantastic recommendations. Alex the overnight concierge......well bless his heart, we arrived at 3:30am and he was welcoming, informative as if it was the middle of the day! We can't thank them enough. This is a the Hotel Review, not a Carlyle Cafe Review Site

Almost all the reviews here are for the Carlyle Cafe and not the hotel. The Cafe is not very good. https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g34439-d1738486-Reviews-Carlyle_Cafe-Miami_Beach_Florida.html The "hotel" is in fact a number of condos in an old art deco hotel. The suites are all different, owned by different people and decorated differently. We were in 3A and was modern "Ikea" like decor. The location is fantastic, right on Ocean Drive with many restaurants and right across the street from Miami Beach. Shopping nearby for everything form Walgreens to Walmart to Gucci and Prada. Great place, great stay and highly recommend it. One caution, this is a condo rent by owner type of place and not a hotel so, if something does not work, the front desk will try to help but they are not handymen and probably cannot help.
