Worst service ever….

I have traveled all over the world. I’ve been to Mexico about 10 times. Service in Mexico in the past at different locations has been great, but not at The bougainvillea Sheraton Vacations club. The service here was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I actually had to chase servers to ask them for service. They finally came to tell me the the kitchen closed an hour ago. This was a lie because people were being served food as she lied. The front desk person who checked me in didn’t tell me where the pool was or where my room was. She didn’t even give me a key to get into my room. Also, she wrote down that I had 2 room numbers instead of 1. I went up to my room (I figured out where my room was) and discovered I didn’t have a key, only pool towel cards. They are very aggressive trying to get you to do the timeshare presentation, calling constantly. The view was beautiful. The room was gross and dirty. Worst resort ever! Puerto Vallarta Downtown

Nice location. Facilities are in great shape and being updated as needed. Family oriented and enjoyable. We enjoyed Restaurants on site and as well downtown Puerto Vallarta. Restaurant staff were always trying to ensure you were satisfied with meals and services. Thanks Nice location. Facilities are in great shape and being updated as needed. Beautiful Gardens, mediocre rooms

We stayed in the RCI Timeshare portion of the property. Room was equiped with an antiquated Full size murphy bed. Staff was mostly good - at the bars, housekeeping & gardening. Front desk & concierge were not very empowered to help out. They failed to pre-book our taxi from the airport We stayed in the RCI Timeshare portion of the property. Great Resort for families!

Wonderful resort with plenty to do. Close proximity to the ocean beach and great pools.Great food and service. Rooms were spaciaous and well equipped, and beds were very comfortable. I would definately reccommend staying there! Wonderful resort with plenty to do. Close proximity to the ocean beach and great pools.Great food and service.
