Шикарное место

Если вы едете в Пьемонт, и не хотите останавливаться в крупных городах и сетевых отелях - вам однозначно сюда. Отель расположен в какой-то маленькой деревне на холме, куда просто так не доехать без навигатора. Но это стоит того на 100%. Очень красивая местность, сам отель расположен в старинном замке или что-то вроде этого. Все настолько шикарно, что мы даже не ожидали. В отеле огромный выбор вина в винном погребе, причем ценник абсолютно адекватный. Менеджер отеля (к сожалению не помним его имени) очень приятный, подарил нам кучу швейцарского шоколада, и даже не взял денег за трюфельное масло, которое мы хотели у них купить. Отдельно стоит сказать про ужин: его подают в определенное время, дегустационное меню для всех гостей одинаковое. Время между подачами достаточно большое, но вкус восхитительный. Обязательно сходите! Great hotel and location. The setting was spectacular... sitting by the pool watching the sunset over the hills with a glass of Barolo is a memory I will cherish forever. The staff was warm and extremely helpful - they helped us with last minute dinner reservations each night (during peak truffle season!) and always found us a delicious option. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to coming back. Great hotel and location. Excellent stay in wonderful location

We stayed here in July 2021 with our 3 year old son. the welcome was warm and friendly. They let us choose between two rooms according to our preferences. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast & dinner in the evenings was very good. Equiped to accomodate small children. Nice pool and the view from the garden/terrace is amazing. Very nice wine cellar. Would definitely go back! Wonderful place and a special mention for the Manager

Italian charming and old building settled on a nice hill with a beautiful view on the Piemont’s landscape. Everything was perfect. From the rooms to the service and food. The Manager and his staff are very nice, professional and always ready to answer our questions and help. I can only recommend this wonderful hotel perfectly sized and run by an excellent team. A week in November to Bake

So I went on this trip for business. I wanted to be off the trending path as I was looking for more authentic businesses similar to my own, (Bakery). The location is very close to the town of Asti and Torino. I would recommend that you take a car. BUT use the Train to travel to Torino and Milano. The location is great. I week for the last week of November. The resort closes down after this week. Opens again in April I believe. Staff was great and extremely helpful. You need to buy breakfast there each morning... so make sure that you eat... otherwise you are still paying. Because I was travelling for work, I was often late getting back for dinner service. most of the times, coming in when it was starting and sorry, but I like to relax before eating and clean-up.. so I can not comment on the food. They did accommodate me with a cheese, meat and bread plate when I needed something a couple of nights. It was good, so I can only assume the quality of their dinner service was high also. Lovely views from the room. On clear days you can see the Alps. Very clean room. Changed our towels regularly. And always made sure that we had coffee... lots of coffee. They really went out of their way. I forgot my Laptop power cord... And one of the staff bought in an extra from home. You can't beat great customer service. So I went on this trip for business.
