Expensive and medium infrastructure

Stayed for 5 days at this hotel. Room is medium, the pillow and beds could be better. The TV shows in the room is mirrored, resulting in a very poor resolution. The service is good, but the food and beverages price is the same at beach park, which is very expensive. The game room is near to non-existence, with only an old pool in a very small place. Didn't use the gym, but it appears to be good tho. Our package include both breakfast and dinner (excl beverages which is very expensive). Breakfast were very good, and dinner very poor quality. Family Resort

Excelent Structure - hefty price

I stayed 06 days at Wellnes Beach Park resort with my wife and my 06 year old daughter, for vacations. The hotel crew was very polite and the hotel conditions were also very good. The room had a musty smell in the first day, but due to the big windows, the musty smell was not present on the second day, anymore. The room amenities were also very good, as well as the breakfast and the dinner (included in my reservation fare). The beverages was expensive, R$ 7,00 for a 500ml bottle of water + 10% for service and R$ 9,00 for a can of Coke. Wines, impossible, No good labels and very very expenvive, almost double price from other hotels. This is a disadvantage point, once you limit your comsumption and it motivates you to buy things outside of the resort. Also, another disadvantage point was the hotel staff offering you the Vacation Club, a kind of program where you can buy your own hotel room... They offer you and tries to pursuade you to meet them for that at least 4 times a day. A little bit boring. Anyway, I recommend this hotel and I expect to comeback there in the future! Great family vacation, amazing beach

The resort is very well located. The beach is one of the best we ever went. Even with high temperature the wind helps a lot and we always feel good. The food and beverages prices are not that good, but happens in most of the resorts. The resort is very well located. The beach is one of the best we ever went. Very nice place, but VERY EXPENSIVE food!

The hotel is nice, location is GREAT, but not like Resort... Food is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, but it's very close to the Beach Park Village and Beach Park! You just cross the street and it's right there!... The hotel is nice, location is GREAT, but not like Resort...
