Прекрасный отель

Нам очень понравился отель, мы приехали в свадебное путешествие и тут действительно здорово: анимация, природа, музыка, в общем - супер!!! Отдыхаем в этом отеле с 26.10.2021. Отель норм. Загрузка отеля 100%. Контингент в основном американцы и доминиканцы. Отношение персонала столовых отвратительное. Если хотите почуствовать себя людьми второго сорта Вам сюда. Вас обслужат в последеюю очередь. Такого деления по нациоанальности не видели ни в одной стране мира. И это выглядит отвратительно. The best hotel in punta cana !!

David kervens jean Paul made our trip the best. The energy they put out was amazing. We loved the beach and the music. The food was the best. Shall never return!!

Firstly this is no way a 5* resort!! 3, maybe 4 tops. Rooms were filthy and inadequate to the point most of the family were changed the next day. Restaurants are adequate but nothing greatly special (that's if you don't have to wait over an hour to get into one). 90% of staff are unbelievably rude and very little English spoke by some so trying to order a meal or drinks can be a challenge in itself. Evenings outside entertainment is so loud you can't hardly have a conversation 100 yards away. Biggest problem is the fact people come over from royalton splash and bavaro to use this hotel so it's rammed most of the day, the hotel is simply far too big for it to ever be 5* Rooms are cleaned sometimes - sometimes not, you can go back to your room and find no toilet roll or no towels replaced, room key randomly stops working. Bottom line no chance I'll ever come back here. After being to the royalton in St Lucia before - between these 2 hotels as comparison are worlds apart. This is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means. There is nothing luxury about this apart from the bed! It takes an eternity to check in and if you have trouble walking then I would recommend asking for a ground level floor as there is no lifts. Some staff are very rude. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. Food is average. Rooms are not clean You have to walk miles to get a drink and then stand in a massive queue and wait. They want extra money for the "luxury stuff". If you want to stay in the diamond club then don't bother wasting your money the rooms are the same as the standard ones. If you want an all inclusive bog standard holiday further than Europe this is the place for you. My sister booked her wedding here and it is such a shame we wasted our money coming out here. If you want to book a wedding in a Royalton hotel then do not choose this one. The Royalton in St Lucia is far far better with a lot more on offer. Later in the day all the kids come up from the water park and it's like being at butlins for a kids weekend. Also be aware all the locals come in over a weekend so be prepared to queue even longer for food and drinks. Constant pestering from people trying to sell you trips all the time.
