FRAUD WARNING

Heed the warnings of multiple travelers giving terrible reviews of this property! While it looks nice on the outside with fresh paint, the mattress needs replacing as we sank into it. The bed creaked. The couch was uncomfortable. Bedspread and couch color were mustard, circa 1960s. Carpet and kitchen chairs were stained. During our first day there after wearing my white socks around the room a while they were black on the bottom. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy. You could hear people upstairs as well as when they walked outside the room. The rooms were bright at night as the shades did not provide ample coverage to keep out the outside light. Then, to top things off after we left they are attempting to charge us several hundred dollars for a broken window!!! There was no damage to the room when we checked out! RCI needs to cut their business ties with this property! There are lots of places to stay in Branson. Steer clear of the Foxborough! Great stay

The room that we stayed in was more like a mini apartment. The couches and beds were very comfortable and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Full size refrigerator and a full size kitchen was very usable. The facility was clean and located in a great spot. The room that we stayed in was more like a mini apartment. Awesome place!

Super friendly people, easy to get to and from around town, and the layout of the room was wonderful! We would most definitely book this location again. The property was very clean and rooms were well equipped. Super friendly people, easy to get to and from around town, and the layout of the room was wonderful! Hotel type rooms

We were shocked when we say the rooms and location. RCI's description was so poor and misleading! Plus, the number of points we had to use made this a very bad investment! This "resort" was nothing more then a hotel poorly remodeled as a resort. Beds needed to have "ALL" their mattresses replaced! We were shocked when we say the rooms and location. The resort was very good and the location great,but RCIs nickel and dimeing fees it you back in the rental category since you are already being brought harged by Winham for maintenance and housekeeping fees.
