Отель предложен как 4 звезды. Территория большая, красивая, ухоженная. Пробыли в отеле день. Интернет есть только около рецепции, где расположено несколько диванов. Интернет в номере-10 долларов в день за девайс. Питание, вроде бы, все включено, но найти что поесть в течение дня проблематично. Поселились в 3 часа дня, но нужно было ждать 18:00, чтобы найти еду. В течение дня предлагаются только напитки (алкогольные и без), нет ни кофе, ни закусок/сандвичей. Ремонт в номерах делали скорее всего давно, не все так плохо, но ремонт в ванной не очень приятно удивил Не могу сказать, что было все плохо, в основном повлияло отсутсвие интернета и еда по часам; но по соседству был другой отель secrets aura Cozumel, куда мы и переселились Отель предложен как 4 звезды. Thank you Sun Scape Sabor staff!

Well back, again... We, the wife and I, stayed for a week and we loved it. I really wanted to stay in town, Cozumel, this trip, but my wife insisted on staying at Sun Scape. I dive during the morning hours and she feels safe and comfortable there at the hotel. Bottom line, it's the staff. We have been staying there and the sister property, for over 20 years off and on and the staff treats like friends. They ate extremely professional, courteous and respectful alternative kind. They the reason we stay at this resorts. Food and drinks are good but the staff are 5star as all time professionals. God Bless them and their efforts and appreciation for their jobs. The resort is the staff. Carolina, Jesus Diaz, Daniel, Javier, Alfredo, Wendy Juanani Bruno Virydiana, Carlos at the tortuga bar, Isabela, Mily (our sweetheart) Marco,. Middle of the Road All-Inclusive

If you’re on a budget, but wanting a Mexican All-Inclusive-this one could be for you. We chose this resort because we booked very last minute so we were trying to save money where we could. If you walk into your reservation thinking you will be at a 5 star resort-you will be very disappointed, but for the price-this resort is just right. Pros- -You walk out your room door in 5 steps you’re in the sand and 20 steps you’re in the ocean! -Staff is excellent. -Wifi is strong near front desk. -Several free water activities available. -Not Crowded. -Great Gym (although per Covid rules you must have an appointment). -Excellent views and access to water excursions. -Excellent AC. Cons- -Food was mediocre at best. -Types of liquor pretty limited. -Only the one pool and really just for kids. -Nowhere to get good coffee other than breakfast. -Beds we’re not at all comfortable. Mine had a broken leg in the middle so it drooped (room 3011). The corner of the mattress was also pretty grossly stained. -Shower water pressure was just ok. -They try to get you to go to a timeshare/“vacation club” meeting for free excursion. Extra Tips: 1. Bring your own floats. 2. Bring your own yeti cup if you’re partaking in all-inclusive bar drinks. 3. Bring your fire stick for tv. 4. Chair clips-breeze was really strong! 5. Venture off resort for better dinners. 6. Rent a jeep or buggy for a day to travel around the island-the other side is beautiful as well (loved the Rasta Bar and Coconuts). 7. Nice hotel, shame about the service!

This is a very nice hotel and you can have a great vacation as long as you can ignore the poor service and bad maintenance. We were given a room next to the construction and had to ask to switch. In our new room, the toilet got blocked twice and then broke, with water flooding the bathroom. We used a towel to mop up some of the water and the cleaners left it on the floor for two days. The room wasn’t super clean: there was a big mirror that remained dirty throughout our stay. Also, we were on the first floor and they never clean the stairs. There’s no tap so you can’t rinse your feet on the way up from the beach. The food was bad and always the same. One day they made me eat ice cream with a fork because they had run out of spoons! Another day I told them I needed a spoon to take some medicine and they refused to let me take a spoon to my room in case I stole it. They made us pay for the wifi but eventually we found out we could have it for free. We never managed to get a snack by the pool because no staff were available when we asked. We were there for Ironman, a race that finished late at night. The late night restaurant closed without notice, leaving many athletes hungry and thirsty. The entertainment team need training. We tried to join a game that had to be played in pairs. I explained I would play with my daughter and my husband would sit with us and watch, but they wouldn’t let us because only pairs were allowed! Other than that, the beach is wonderful, the rooms comfortable and the location perfect. All this place needs is some good customer service and it will be great! Amazing!!!!

My family and I had the beautiful experience of taking a vacation together this November 2021 and boy were we blessed!!! My father and mother have been going to Cozumel for around 8 years now, I believe, and have never had anything bad to say themselves; hence the reason they keep going back ;). I’d like to personally like to thank Gustavo, Monserrat, juanini, Leilani, Ivan and Ivan, Alfredo, Israel, and Lowdes to name a few people that made my trip amazing. I never met one bad employee there these are the ones our family interacted with most! These people work so hard and love their job and it shows!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience and for making our families vacation amazing!!!! Also the food was seriously delicious!!! I have zero complaints! My family and I had the beautiful experience of taking a vacation together this November 2021 and boy were we blessed!!! Another awesome vacation

This great trip started with our arrival at Sunscape...Karina and Pablo treated us like gold. Juan the Bellman as always recognized us and just killed it getting our bags where we needed them even after an unexpected room change. As always Rego served up his smile and great drinks at the Torture beach bar. Our reservation was at Sunscape but we requested an upgrade to Secrets they were able to accommodate. The manager at Bordeaux , Joseph was professional and the food was excellent. At the Manager Pool bar...I can't say enough good things about the drinks and service from Alejandro and Joel...always bending over backwards to take care of us. The party crew of SEXY Julio...Heidi and Jaunini...keeping everybody entertained. YUP folks...there are maintenance items at this resort that need to be done...upgrades would be nice...but all in all....we love this resort and the awesome staff...IF management is reading this....INSTALL A POOL LADDER on the east side of the Manager Pool across from the swimup bar!
