Отель неплохой - не в старом городе (что очень хорошо), а в бизнес-районе, где достаточно безопасно и при этом близко к маршрутам метробаса (скоростного автобуса), так что проехать можно достаточно быстро. Также пешком можно дойти до крупных торговых центров и хороших ресторанов. Номера хорошие и большие - единственный недостаток - странные смесители с трудной регулировкой теплой/холодной воды... Среднего уровня отель с большой претензией

Расположен отель в бизнес центре, где достаточно безопасно. Номера в отеле большие, кровати удобные, есть мини бар и корзиночка с печенюшками. Но в санузлах не удобная сантехника (трудно регулируется горячая вода). Завтрак хороший, несколько видов фруктов, ресторан при отеле предлагает лучший луковый суп в Боготе, однако персонал ресторана не говорит по английски. Персонал на ресепшн языком более-менее владеет, но не очень любезно принимает посетителей, бланков для гостевых анкет нет, конвертов для счетов check out тоже нет. Уборка номеров посредственная. У меня осталось впечатление, что обшивка отеля поизносилась и требуется работа с персоналом. Как-то позиционируется отель выше, чем на самом деле есть. Excellent Service

I am pleased to write this review for all the staff that work at this hotel. They have great a five star quality service, professionalism, working ethics, excellent customer service and overall the staff goes beyond to make your stay very comfortable. Everyone has done a phenomenally outstanding job, and the staff insures that any issue is fixed immediately. I truly believe that this hotel has meet my overall expectations, and the staff went beyond to make me feel like at home. I am pleased to write this review for all the staff that work at this hotel. Very good stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable! Will be back for sure! Oberall great experience and felt very safe. Great price and great ammenities as well! Great Hotel with Excellent Staff

The hotel was a great experience from the initial staff member taking your bags and opening the door to check out. The staff went out of their way to make my stay feel very comfortable. The room was great and spacious with a decent view of the mountains. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was slightly tight between the door and toliet area. Great customer service….but no air conditioning!

Let me start by saying the customer service is excellent across the board. All very nice and accommodating. BUT! In my humble opinion it should be stated that there is no air conditioning!!!!! Now, let me also say its not like they are false advertising because there is nothing about air conditioning on any of the travel sites. So it’s not as if I was misled, I just assumed wrong. Anyways, I am going through male menopause and i am constantly having hot flashes and need air conditioning! Or even a window that will open! When we called downstairs they quickly brought up a very loud rotating fan which was very kind, and took the edge off. But at the end of the day I could barely sleep because I was too warm. So, in conclusion….if your body runs on the colder side this toasty hotel is perfect for you! Unfortunately for me it was a miss. Very loud during weekends

This hotel has a reception room on the top floor and they blast extremely loud music during parties on weekends. Complaints were responded with a shrug and a promise it would stop at midnight. If you want a good night sleep on Fridays and Saturdays, go elsewhere. This hotel has a reception room on the top floor and they blast extremely loud music during parties on weekends.
