A wonderful Stay, amazing Staff and beautiful Location

The place is really good, excellent staff. They made the stay as much comfortable as they could. Extremely Hospitable. A special thanks to Anshuman (OSS), Aruna (HK), Irshad, Pankaj (Manager), Rohita, Lalita (Hub), Koushik (HK), Nima (Travel Desk), Mangal (Reception). We had a very wonderful stay at club mahindra baiguney.The service given by the staffs were amazing.Front office staffs we are really grateful to club mahindra baiguney and most remembered moment will be our check-out time Miss Elina.. thank you for your special service and lastly your Nepali dance lessons..Thank you.. Best Stay!!

I really enjoyed stay there.Club Mahindra Baiguney is best to Visit with your family for relaxation and Enjoying the Sight seeing. They really have amazing Hospitality. Front office Team they are really amazing and Especially Ms Rohita and Elena they made my Stay really Memorable There... Worst Resturant service

I have visited the restaurant on 31/10/2021 for a family dinner. The service was too slow. We had asked for ice cubes they said it’s unavailable and we then asked for green chutney they said it’s not available. We had to call the waiter 4-5 times then he would respond 1 time. We called the restaurant manager he told us he’s sending someone but 20 mins no one turned up. When we asked one of the waiter passing by to send the hotel manger he failed to do so also. We had to walk out of the resturant without eating. Really disappointed by this behaviour. It was really insulting by the way we were treated by the hotel staff. We visit regularly still they didn’t cater us with good service. I suggest to avoid the restaurant as they don’t give good service. They just want you to take buffet. Mahindra Baiguney

My daughter and son-in-law celebrated their Wedding anniversary at Mahindra Baiguney. Excellent arrangement was made at the resort for their memorable dinner. Though, being a remote area all care was taken to make their evening a wonderful one. Especially the efforts made by Mr.Anurag and Mr.Abhimanyu is applaudable. They had taken all care to fine tune even the small aspects and convert the celebration into a splendid one. They are asset to the organization and where they work, they will make the organization proud. My hearty applauds My daughter and son-in-law celebrated their Wedding anniversary at Mahindra Baiguney.
