The resort was okay until we lost power. The studio room had a Full size bed. The sleeping arrangement was horrible. The Mall is close by as well as the Movie Theater. This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Saw the cleaning staff working in the hall ways and common areas cleaning them everyday. The staff here is great. The location is perfect for seeing the town and taking day trips to see the cape. the only downfall is this is not a resort. It is a converted hotel with a great pool and a small courtyard that is only accesable through the pool area. So if the pool is closed so is the courtyard. Becaus eof the clenliness , staff and pool I will stay here again . This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Location Is Great

This is a converted hotel with very small studio units. Our bed consisted of a steel platform with a layer of hard foam. The unit is so small there is an end table only on ONE side of this camp cot. We had a problem with the TV which was fixed quickly by the EXCELLENT staff that works here. Pool looked good but did not use it due to our preferance for the beach. The location of this "Resort"??????? is the best thing about "Courtyard Resort". If you are OK with a very small studio for an exchange, you can not beat the location. Great place great pool great location

Great place great location , Place was clean and well equip staff was helpful and friendly . Lot of reviews are bad on this place I dont see why its a motel convertion but you should know that going in , Pool was clean and grounds well kept . Its not a high end place but in the cape they dont have those . The cooktop was great for cooking breakfast and kitchen was well stocked , fuill size frige made it easy to keep food and drinks , I would recomend this place , Its a great location in Hyannis walk to everything . Nice Location

Unit was nice, clean. Not a luxurious or spacious room, obviously a converted motel. The location is the star here. Staff is friendly and helpful.
