Халявный отдых )

Поехали от польского универа на практику, опустим то что мы поехали бесплатно, хочу сказать своё мнение об отеле и персонале. Обслуживание просто 5+ оооочень милые официанты. Столики убирают в ту же секунду как закончишь, не смотря на то что здесь около 800 номеров! Всегда улыбчивы и отзывчивы! Номера убираются каждый день, постоянная чистота ( вплоть до сложённой аккуратно пижамы) Еды огромный выбор, и все очень вкусное ( all inclusive) Само местечко конечно 30+ Но в целом, моя оценка 5. Buenaventura 2nd stay

Our first trip to Buenaventura was a great experience the food and drinks were good the service was great. On our last trip it was not the same experience the management was not as friendly, and the food had gone way down from the previous year as well as the drinks. The major thing Buenaventura has going for it is it is close to the Malecon just a short walk from the hotel. I would rather pay a little more and have better food and drinks. Satisfied with our stay

Very satisfied with our stay at Buenaventura. Family friendly hotel, easy access to the beach. Good food variety. Only thing I didn’t like was that they want to push you into going to their presentation that from what other people say takes up all morning. Very satisfied with our stay at Buenaventura. Great Value & Great Service!

I had a great experience at the Buenaventura Grand Hotel. It's very close to downtown Puerto Vallarta, and the staff (ALL of the staff - concierge, receptionists, waiters, bar attenders, etc.) were extremely friendly and efficient. The only downside was that they were doing some remodeling at the hotel, so every morning the construction workers would start pretty early, so it would get loud in the room, if we were trying to sleep in. Other than that, I had nothing but a very positive experience. I had a great experience at the Buenaventura Grand Hotel. Hotel decent - my rings stolen

Stayed 10 days, it was our anniversary vacation. Left November 10. Drinks are good, food ok, staff constantly asking to go to time share presentation. Last day was rushed and my wedding rings were accidentally left in safe. Called hotel and they said no they were not there, called again and found out they never looked. Manager then said they looked all over room and in safe, still no rings. I know they were in safe 100%. It’s so disappointing as I even sent email to hotel and back 3 weeks and still no reply. Overall We will not go back to this resort due to constant badgering about going to presentation, they don’t take no for an answer, staff is not honest.
