Превосходный курорт

Мы были приятно удивлены, увидев свой номер с тремя спальнями. Прекрасная обстановка, просторная гостиная и уютные спальни. Мы жили на первом этаже и у нас был выход на терассу. Номер убирался ежедневно, персонал был дружелюбным. Неплохой ресторан и аквапарк. Территория курорта обширная, поэтому необходима машина. Обязательно вернемся сюда! Awesome Thanksgiving Meal (ready for pick up) and fun, heated waterpark

My family of 6 stayed at the Reunion Resort in one of the individual rental houses during Thanksgiving week and took advantage of the Resort's offering of a "Ready to Go" Thanksgiving family meal. Two of our party is either vegan or vegetarian and we requested earlier via email some dishes be added for them. Well..... We were blown away by the quality of the Thanksgiving meal included for the standard order and the extras we received for our vegan members. The turkey ( a whole bird) was moist, tender and sides of sweet potatoes and green beans and more were more than ample and had excellent flavors. The Chef did a wonderful job on a mass-produced meal for so many families who were doing a "pick up". This is ABSOLUTELY the best decision we made for Thanksgiving food in years! However, Silvia B., who coordinated all pre-orders, was instrumental in making our mixed Thanksgiving order come together. When I met her on Thanksgiving, she was organizing all the pickups which were time-reserved, and greeted each client. It was smooth in all respects and the order was totally complete. All of Silvia's team that day were on the ball and pleasant. I need to mention one other thing, which was taking the family to the Reunion Resort "WATER PARK" on Thanksgiving day. It was NOT a warm FL day, but the lazy river and big pool were very nicely heated. Two days later it was a bit cooler but still good for a 68-degree day. The water park wasn't huge but very family-oriented and sufficient for an afternoon of fun just prior to the big meal. It was busy but not overwhelmed. The staff was also super pleasant at the Waterpark! I do recommend Reunion Resort for its service and its lovely grounds and facilities. You get what you pay for

Booked a 2 bedroom Grand Villa suite. First suite was dated and an accessibility suite though none of us have needs. Requested a change as things weren't working. Second suite was on the 4th floor right by the big outside spotlights so we had a permanent nightlight as they don't provide blackout curtains. No housekeeping and only one towel per person and no bathroom amenities. Would suggest booking elsewhere. Booked a 2 bedroom Grand Villa suite. Exceptional Experience

Great venue for golf and all 3 courses are amazing and offer a different experience. Accommodations were first class and I will definitely going back again. This was my 5th stay and would highly recommend it. Great venue for golf and all 3 courses are amazing and offer a different experience. Beautiful Large Units

Loved the 3br units, had plenty of room for our family of 6. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the location of parking for the water park, the parking lot is a little farther than need be, there was a shuttle, but parking should be closer in my opinion. The property is quite expansive and the other pools weren't very well marked, and we went to one for a little while (the other one with a water slide) until a security guard came and said this pool was suppose to be closed and he turned off the pump for the slide and splash area. The main water park was heated, had a nice area for the little kids, lazy river, and larger water slide for older kids, plus little games on the pool deck and a sand area for building castles. No outside food or drinks were allowed, which we also think was ridiculous because kids are picky, but I understand they want to make money, kids enjoyed getting ice cream from the bar area, and the water park closed at 5, a little early for us but guess those are winter hours. Our unit was large and well equipped with everything we needed for making meals and washing clothes, the beds were a little hard for my liking. There was a small playground right outside our building. Overall we would return just know you have to walk to the water park, take the shuttle, or walk just as far from the parking lot. AWSOME GET AWAY

I love this place and would recommend anyone seeking a nice comfortable place with clean beds. I originally booked with Top Villas but they treated me horrible and the home was horrific, dirty and a disappointment. I was too embarrassed to take my guest in the house at Championgates and I had to find some place quick so I gave Reunion Resorts a call and they were fast, friendly and eager to accommodate. I love this place and would recommend anyone seeking a nice comfortable place with clean beds.
