Неплохое место, но сам отдых на 3*

Что понравилось: Отдыхали семьей, в конце сентября 2020. Курорт был полупустым, парковка свободна. Так же как и два бассейна. Было удобно воспользоваться тележками для багажа, что не всегда встретишь на курортах. Приятная возможность попробовать плоды грейпфрута из общего садика. Все развлечения другого плана были закрыты. Что огорчило: Впервые за 20 лет в RCI мы получили номер напротив шумной дороги. Беспокойно было даже по ночам. И это с учетом того, что идея была выспаться в тишине, забыв про заботы на работе. При наружной температуре 48 градусов по Цельсию бассейн должен начинать работать с 6 часов утра, а днем воду в нем охлаждать. Плохо работала система кондиционирования воздуха. Ya gotta stay here

Clean friendly well kept updated and modern. Staff super friendly and accommodating. You can replenish all amenities just ask at front. No need to buy paper towel or soap they will provide but you must ask. Resort pools are heated and hot rub is hot. Very well kept up and renovated to lessen and clean clean clean. Best RCI out there I would say. Great location beside grocery store and walking distance to downtown Palm Springs restaurants and shopping. Well done Clean friendly well kept updated and modern. Excellent Experience!

Our stay at Vista Mirage could not have been better. The front desk manager Aric and Sienna were very helpful, polite and nice. The staff was excellent in keeping the place and unit very clean.Nice stay. Our stay at Vista Mirage could not have been better. Get multi keys Incase’s one fell. Carry them with you all the time. Also the unit doesn’t have a washer or dryer in them so pack accordingly. The main office doesn’t open until 8 am so if you have a problem you have to wait. Get multi keys Incase’s one fell. Carry them with you all the time. A wonderful resort very close to everything in Palm Springs.

If you want to relax and enjoy some great cuisine, this is your place. It's close to churches, movie theatre, casino with world class dining, and other dining places. Grocery store is within walking distance. Great amenities on site. If you want to relax and enjoy some great cuisine, this is your place. From the first day we arrived we had a problem with a leaky fridge and Sienna, one of staff, was dismissive and not cooperative at all. Finally on the fifth day of our stay the resort manager was able to help us by replacing the fridge. They didn't even try to offer anything to make up for the inconvenience it caused us, I had to ask. This part of our stay was stressful since we couldn't store most of our groceries and we were having to clean the entire fridge every few hours. David and Kendall were helpful. Overall the resort is clean, quiet, and the pool is an excellent place to relax.
