Отличное место для комфортного отдыха

Отель расположен рядом с пляжем, что не просто найти в Гальвертоне, обычно нужно переходить шоссе, чтобы попасть к воде; бассейн также великолепен, поэтому всегда есть выбор, что предпочесть. Персонал очень услужлив и приветлив. В номерах чисто и спокойно. Но интернет не всегда работает быстро и корректно, связь прерывается постоянно. Поэтому в этот отель едем отдыхать, а не работать!))) Остановились на две ночи. Очень понравился этот отель. Он небольшой и на берегу. Пляж отличный и не очень многолюдный. Что касается самого отеля, то все на уровне. Отзывчивый персонал. Номера чисто убраны. Постельное белье свежее. Неплохой спортивный зал и бассейн приличного размера. Можно остановится и с детьми и без них. Остановились на две ночи. Очень понравился этот отель. Value + Amenities + Rockstar Customer Service equals repeat customers

Our 2nd stay was going amazing as expected. We love this resort and its hot tub, infinity edge pool and quick walk down the boardwalk to the quiet beach. All staff at each visit were smiling and helpful. That’s easy to do when all is going well. When it didn’t on this trip, the staff rallied and got us through the issue that they didn’t create. All was resolved and back in track promptly. Professionalism and positive energy won the day and our hearts. We extended our stay to enjoy more time at this special resort. We highly recommend you and your special someone give this place a chance to melt your heart while soaking up the rays, ocean, pool and hot tub. Our 2nd stay was going amazing as expected. Two bedroom rooms for quiet Galveston Island beach time

Stayed for one night over Labor Day on a certificate. The room was great with two bedrooms and a living room. Kitchenette was nice small but had everything you needed. We enjoyed being close to the beach. The free mini golf was fun for the family. Pool is nothing special but kids enjoyed it. Had a fun game activities like face painting and balloon animals which they came to the pool to tell us about and it was fun to do with the kids. Resort is in the middle of Galveston Island so it's a little quieter which makes it nice for the beach. Stayed for one night over Labor Day on a certificate. Cancelation Policy

This property is really good buy all other measures EXCEPT, be aware that they will not under any circumstances refund your deposit (equivalent to one nights stay including fees) if you have to cancel, regardless of when you cancel your stay or why. I cancelled a reservation two weeks prior to arrival and they wouldn't even discuss the possibility of returning my $175 deposit. Keep in mind, this is a very popular resort and would have no problem filling a canceled reservation with reasonable notice. All other aspects of this resort are excellent. Hidden gem

We just wanted a one night get a way, just to get out of the norm. We also didn’t want to stay right at the sea wall where it’s always busy. This was the perfect place! We got in around 2 in the afternoon and check in was not till 4 pm. We decided to see if our room happens to be ready and it was. Sandy at the front desk was AMAZING! She made you feel right at home and told you all about the property. The pool does look a little bigger in the pictures but it was still great. This is the only pool I’ve ever been to in Galveston that you can actually relax, get in the water and still see the ocean. It is an infinity pool which made it even better. Beautiful beach

The staff really want you to enjoy yourself and feel like you are part of the family. The location is right on the beach, it is a bit further down the strip so it is quieter than other places. You will need a car to go to the "strip" as this is not in easy walking distance. It is a smaller resort so it has that "family" feel.
