Secrets Vallarta Bay

Overall the staff is very good and the room was comfortable. My wife and I have stayed at this resort about 20 times and have rarely experienced any problems. The surf and turf at Oceana and the chicken fajitias in the Mexican restaurant are top notch and we always look forward to eating there. Gilberto, El Tigre, and Jocelyn are always a joy to see when we visit. Overall the staff is very good and the room was comfortable. Our 2nd 5-Star Visit!

This was our SECOND stay at “Secrets Vallarta Bay” and they did NOT disappoint! There were many more tourists this year than last, but the staff did not let that stop them from attending to our every need. The pool staff were constantly on the move taking care of clients and while it’s not required, we felt a tip was well deserved. The property was in fabulous shape and we enjoyed watching the Christmas decorations being displayed. One reason we returned was the amazing food at “Capers” & “Bordeaux”. The Chef’s preparations were both authentic & delicious. We also returned for another evening at the “Chef’s Table” - a private space in the middle of the kitchen complex designed to provide a 5-star cuisine experience! Chef Esau’s every course was a culinary masterpiece. Sommelier Sergio selected perfect wine pairings while head waiter Alfonso treated us like VIP’s. Need a perfect get-away from the Covid Craziness? A little Disappointed

The resort is beautiful and the staffs were excellent as expected . However, the food was not good compare to Secrets Maroma. I am a big fan of Secrets and have stayed at Secrets M in Playa D almost every year since it was first opened. This was my first time staying at Secrets PV. The buffet at Dream was limited with options (compare to Riu Palace PV we stayed in June) . The French one was good but the Oceania was ok. The bed was hard like what people mentioned here. Overall it was a let down :( , We love PV but don’t think we will come back to Secrets here. Sad.. :( The resort is beautiful and the staffs were excellent as expected . Return visit after 4 years

It has been 4 years since I have been to Secrets resort and it continues to be my favourite location for all-inclusive. I did tennis lessons with Salvador, the coach on the resort almost everyday and was very impressed with the expertise he provided each time. His rate for the amount of experience he has and quality of coaching is very reasonable. Overall would definitely recommend Secrets to anyone looking for a destination. Return visit after 2 years

It was good to be able to return to Secrets after 2 years away, we were so pleased to see Alejandra and Elizabeth again and to meet new friends Fernando and Ilcia. Thanks to Oscar, Miguel and all the hard working pool waiters! Many things were as good as we remembered however the entertainment in the lobby bar was disappointing and very rare, hopefully this will improve again in the near future, also we missed the live entertainment at the pool. It was good to be able to return to Secrets after 2 years away, we were so pleased to see Alejandra and Elizabeth again and to meet new friends Fernando and Ilcia.
