Terrible dinner

Dinner was with a few different types of food and the desserts was terrible (pudding saves). Elevator crowded and takes a lot of wait times. Choose a lower floor to go using stairs. Breakfast is good. The swimming pools are good. You need patience during check-in and check-out. It takes a lot of time. Don’t have amenities in bathroom (shampoo and conditioner), bring yours! Bad choice

As soon as we get there: it took a while to parking, it took a bit longer to checked in.... people complaining about service, and a lack of staff to solve it. As soon we get inside the room, there wasn’t no ammenities available at the bathroom, and the hotel is called as a “resort”. Elevators super busy! A lot of time waiting elevators! Breakfast time: nightmare- super crowded, noisy, really unpleasant. Planning not come back never again. Hotel is good but not enough lifts

The hotel accommodations is good in general, clean rooms, pool bar is not pricey, breakfast is great, however there are only 3 elevators (2 socials+1 service) this is not enough for the peak season, hope the hotel could improve this obstacle. Very nice hotel.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel and the park. We definitely are looking forward to our next visit. They met all of our needs and we left very please. The rooms were absolutely immaculate. My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel and the park. We definitely are looking forward to our next visit. SO PLEASANT POOL AREA

So pleasent pool area. Very good hotel 200 mtrs from the water park. All areas asre very clean. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet eventhough the food served is not warm as it should be for dinner. The hotel would be more appreciated if had a third elevator as both were very busy..
