Disappointed to the Core!!

Disappointed!!!! I stayed at Ananta hotel in Pushkar for 2 nights to celebrate my 5th Anniversary along with my friends. The entire cost of stay was 50000 which I spent considering to have a luxury stay at a 5 star. No sign of 5 star at all, the services are pathetic the staff is horrible (only Netrapal Yadav and Jitendra the cart rider knew how to please guest and give them a memorable experience). The hotel management doesn't give a damn about the guest. Food is pathetic, no where even close to rajasthani culture. The property is beautiful no doubt but a 5 star hotel needs to have a staff and management that can give guests a five star experience. Dear management I rue the day i decided to spend my hard earned money at your property. If anyone is reading this review, pls never ever plan to stay at Ananta. Westin Pushkar is far far better than this place. I know there is no point ranting more cz no body is gonna listen just like it was at the hotel. Disappointed!!!!!!! Disappointed!!!! Strategically located property between Pushkar and Ajmer

Unbelievably well mainted, cleaned, and well managed property. Having stayed at the property was indeed a memorable experience. Staff is super caring, polished, courteous, and humble. Food at the restaurant was too good. What makes a must visit property is the location. Between Pushkar and Ajmer, property gives you an opportunity to visit both the towns at any point in time. You may plan to stay and capture both the places. Nearby Lakeview cafes are added advantage. A morning and evening walk is a feature which is most attractive. Property is Ultra Beautiful, Food is good, staff is terribly rood, making experience completely poor, I will not stay again

Disappointed. Kindly Change ur Name From Resort to Hotel. And kindly specify to your customers that u have annex building also were you provide classic rooms and never get tempted looking at the pictures in thier websites.. just checked-in n want to check-out Disappointed. We simply loved the whole experience! Thankful to the ever helpful staff! Loved and will definitely come back! World class facilities and Amazing Spa!
