Отличный отель своего уровня.

Отличный отель своего уровня рядом с границей ГОА.Всё рядом,хорошее обслуживание,кухня неплохо. В номерах кондиционеры,ТВ,Интернет,холодная и горячая вода.Есть бассейн,бильярд,спа,тренажерный зал. Brilliant team

Замечательная команда обслуживающего персонала, доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Кухня на довольно высоком уровне. Светлые и аккуратные номера, регулярно проводится уборка и в номер всегда кладут свежие фрукты. На территории есть свой бассейн, который достаточно часто чистят. Плюс им в карму за наличие тренажерного зала, волейбольной площадки и баскетбольного кольца. Довелось праздновать в этом отеле новый год. Ребята постарались на ура, привезли из столицы штата танцоров, музыкантов, фокусников, певцов и юмористов, устроили фейерверк. В общем для Индии и тем более для не самого туристического штата, вполне достойный отель Замечательная команда обслуживающего персонала, доброжелательные и отзывчивые. decent and comfortable

I stayed with my husband and my 2 year old , the hotel is clean and comfortable and great hospitable staff. The only complain I have is probably two things: no separate Bar area serving alcohol within the Hotel and also menu options very limited. Hope they think about these two things. Fabulous time

Had a fabulous time at the Sterling Karwar. The food was amazing thanks to Ajay and hospitality was great. Also Ms. Parveen and her team were very accommodative and helpful during our stay. Good experience

It was a good trip to Karwar. Sterling is located by the Kali river and I had a good view. Food was excellent. Special thanks to Ajay for introducing Karwar and Goan food. My only disappointment was not having a typical Sterling full buffet. The buffet catered to some Russian guests and we had to order from the menu. Gaming coordinator and tourist desk was also absent. It was a good trip to Karwar. Sterling is located by the Kali river and I had a good view. Food was excellent. Special thanks to Ajay for introducing Karwar and Goan food. Terrible….AVOID!!!

1. COVID19 protocol not followed: Housekeeping and restaurant staff were happily roaming without masks. 2. RAT DROPPINGS: In the booked Privilege Suite. When Concierge was notified about this in the evening, they sent 2 housekeeping guys out ho sealed off the wooden crack and dry wiped the RAT DROPPINGS (Note: Was traveling with a toddler and no room shift was offered). Wide awake at night just to ensure that there are no rats in the room who can harm the baby. Next morning, new RAT DROPPINGS were found. When contacted the Concierge again, they offered to shift stating “The AC is loud in the other room and you’ll have to adjust”. 3. Limited food menu: Food menu options are limited and authentic Karnataka non-veg is no good. 4. No Bar facility. 5. Unclean Swimming Pool: Pool was unclean and had leaves and twigs along with dead insects which made swimming impossible. Please avoid! 1. Friendly staff

It was a different Diwali vacation for us and enjoyed.Given a good service by reception and restaurant staff (Ajay and Mr.Rajib) food was absolutely delicious.Wish to visit the same place in future.
