Clean and spacious. Found some staff members to be less than helpful. Concierge was extremely hit or miss and didn’t seem to know much about the surrounding area. The manager on duty was great though and always tried to help. Great happy hour and good prices although we found sizing on the crown and down drinks to be inconsistent. Sometimes a tall, sometimes a short, but always same price. Fish dip was to die for and half off during happy hour. Stephen at the bar was very friendly and super helpful with our questions and making recommendations on the area. Didn’t realize we had to take a boat to get to their private beach. Be prepared to tip the ones setting up chairs and umbrellas and also, the only potty there is on the boat so prepare accordingly. The boat does come around every hour and maybe more in the summer. My friends daughter is getting married at this property in May and we met with the wedding planner Emily. This lady has her stuff together!! Very helpful, patient and organized. Great time

Stayed in 3br. Corner unit E912 was wonderful . Top floor wrap around deck with great bay, harbor and gulf view, great view of fireworks from our deck. Huge balcony. Service was great. Better than most Wyndham Club places

I usually rate Wyndham Club locations as a three, but this one is a four. Primarily because of the size of the room, free parking and location. This is not a resort. I’ll go back as it’s a great place to stay when fishing the local waters. They have a boat shuttle that will take you to a private beach. Friendly staff. Note, if they offer you an owner’s update and promise it’s not an attempt to sell you more points, DO NOT believe them. When they say both you and your spouse have to be present, that is a dead giveaway that it’s going to be a sales pitch. I usually rate Wyndham Club locations as a three, but this one is a four. Great place, friendly staff

This place was great to stay for the weekend. Very friendly staff. The bell service guys Bruce and James are the absolute best. Great food, clean rooms, great views. Arthur is very good with the cocktails down at the Grand Vista Grill....... This place was great to stay for the weekend. Very friendly staff. Wedding of my dreams!

My husband and I live in Houston, TX and booked the Emerald Grande without seeing the venue in person. We absolutely fell in love with the pictures and had a wonderful, informative phone call with Emily and booked! We booked the Captain's Deck and the HarborView room and had about 70 guests in attendance. Emily and Crystal were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Emily was our hired wedding coordinator, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took charge of contacting all of our vendors leading up to the wedding and made an extremely detailed wedding timeline. Emily and Peyton decorated the HarborView Room for our reception and brought my husband to tears when we were given a sneak peek before the big day. These women are amazing and helped us have the most enjoyable, seamless wedding day possible. After a week of stress, I woke up the morning of our wedding so surprisingly calm as I knew they were going to make sure everything went perfectly to plan. They thought of everything and paid extreme attention to detail to ensure we enjoyed every minute of our special day. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, everything was top notch. A special treat I wasn't expecting was the beautiful sunset that beams through the HarborView Room, it was spectacular. At the end of the night, they graciously packed our entire decor and delivered it to our room. The service was above and beyond and worth every penny. If you're on the fence, go for it, you will not regret having the best day of your life at this gorgeous venue!!
