Жемчужина Карибского моря

Отличный отель. Была в этом отеле с другом в ноябре. Очень понравилось, хороший сервис, прекрасное обслуживание, замечательная кухня. Очень хороший персонал, бассейны, джакузи, море рядом с отелем. Отдельное спасибо аниматорам, развлекали детей и взрослых, не давали скучать. Как жаль, что так быстро пролетело время. Хочется вернуться туда. Огромное спасибо всем за прекрасный отдых! Хороший семейный отель

Отдыхали здесь семьей с 2 годовалым ребенком. Все понравилось. Сам отель не новый, но содержится в чистоте и хорошем состоянии, чисто ухоженно. Сейчас расширяют кафе у моря. Еда средняя с претензией на высший уровень. Я бы сказал на 4. Напитки можно просить любые, есть коньяк, black label итд. Море, пляж супер. Бассейн не большой, его могли бы чистить лучше, особенно детскую часть. Отдыхали здесь семьей с 2 годовалым ребенком. Все понравилось. Хороший сервис, грязный бассейн

Сервис отличный - начиная с ресепшена, уборки номеров и заканчивая баром. Достаточно специфичная еда - мексиканским акцентом. Напитки (алкоголь) очень качественные, из обычных не хватало пакетированных соков. Номер просторный, кондиционер работает отлично. Сантехника новая и все работает исправно. Территория отеля небольшая, но есть открытые территории, где вечером можно посидеть и поговорить. Расстроил бассейн - его регулярно не убирают. Выход в море отличный. Один день отдыха в канкуне

Отдыхали всего 1 день 14 августа 2014. Это 2 отеля: один - в котором были мы, является более эксклюзивным и дорогим. Эксклюзивность заключается в следующем: питание по системе All Inclusive не шведским столом-буфетом - не бегаешь за едой сам, а садишься в ресторане, к тебе подходит официант с меню: т.е.предлагается на выбор несколько блюд на закуски, на первое блюдо, второе блюдо и десерт. Обед и ужин уже занимают значительно большее время, блюда красиво оформлены - сплошные блюда от шеф-повара. Очень вкусно и блюда эстетически приготовленные. На завтрак шведский стол: очень большое разнообразие фруктов, овощей, соленая семга, мясные рулетики и пр. Номер дали большой, с 2 выходами на террасы - одна терраса на Карибское море, вторая - с другой стороны на залив. Виды великолепные! На нашей части отеля есть 2 бассейна джакузи, маленький бассейн. Там веселятся отдыхающие из Канады и Америки. Море чудесное, очень красивое, меньше водорослей, чем в Playa de la Carmen. До этого 3 дня отдыхали именно на Кармен, где в море на пляже было ну очень много водорослей. Вечером в лобби был танец живота аниматорами, очень неплохо. Выступал саксофонист. Все достаточно пафосно, но оч.неплохо. Просто привыкли к более демократичным условиям в отелях. Отдыхали всего 1 день 14 августа 2014. Снова прекрасные впечатления

Мы остановились в GR Caribe от Solaris на 10 дней в октябре 2013 года. Мы были на всех их курортах (первый в Лос-Кабос, третий в Канкуне), но это был наш первый визит GR Caribe, и нам ОЧЕНЬ понравилось! Здание старое, но недавно его обновляли. Не супер-современное и шикарное, но очень комфортабельное. Чего не хватает в вещах, персонал восполняет в обслуживании. ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ – здешний конек. Мы вполне знакомы с их программой, но спрашивали, какие рестораны будут открыты завтра, и где требуют предварительного бронирования. Если пришли не по дресс-коду, не сдавайтесь, стойте непоколебимо. Если есть сомнения – спрашивайте! Персонал очень отзывчивый и любезный. Если они не понимают вашей просьбы, то найдут того, кто поймет. Мы определенно вернемся в Cancurn & GR Caribe! First Time at GR Caribe

We spent five nights at GR Caribe by Solaris. The facility is older but is in very good shape. The staff was great and the rooms just fine. Would I call it Deluxe”? No, but it is a good value and great place to bring a family. The one downside is scheduling dinner reservations at the restaurants on site - clumsy, confusing and inefficient. C’mon GR Caribe, you can do better. We spent five nights at GR Caribe by Solaris. The facility is older but is in very good shape. The staff was great and the rooms just fine. Cancun 2021

We took trip to Cancun and enjoyed the shows and time with the sports and entertainment team especially Raquel who did yoga and Sam who did pool activities. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the beach. Dark and Depressing

Let me start by saying that most of the staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean; however, the rooms are very dark, depressing and walls are paper thin. We arrived to the Caribe after a 12 hr day from wake up, travel and arrival (3:00 pm). We walked in to a very dark lobby but checked in quickly. I asked a few questions and didn’t receive much of a positive response. Question 1: How can we make reservations for dinner this evening? Answer: You are too late for that. We didn’t receive any info on where to eat on the resort nor the sister resort next door. We were given a QR code for room service. Question 2: while we are here, can we schedule our Covid tests for our return to the US? Answer: No, not right now, I’m very busy. (I look around the dark lobby and no one is there…). I am then referred to the “concierge” sitting at a desk about 3 feet away. I ask the same 2 questions and get no response other than the start of a timeshare speech. I know this is the norm for the resorts in Cancun, but seriously! Why won’t anyone answer my questions!! We go to our room excited to start our vacation, open the door and we both just stand there. SUPER dark, windows are tiny, furniture is dark. We decide to make the best of it. Then the guests next door move in. Wow, every single sound can be heard. They move out next day and a new set of neighbors move in….worse! Loud music at all hours of the night and again in the early morning. No fault of the guests, the walls are just thin. After three nights of this, we had to move. Thank goodness for Giann Carlo! He was kind and I think could see the despair on my face. He was able to move us to the sister property, Royal Solaris. The remainder of our trip was fantastic. If you need to choose a Solaris property, I recommend GR Solaris first (previous stay) and then Royal Solaris. Frequent visitors

We keep on going back. The main reason is for the staff. They are all so friendly, and will do just about anything to make you happy. The hotel is always clean and well landscaped. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are always visible and busy. I love that we can also use the facilities at the Royal Solaris next door, where the staff is just as good! The pools are nice, the beach is clean. The food is so good. I have some dietary restrictions, and they are always happy to listen. One of the chefs, Miguel Che, even made my husband and I a special dinner that we requested. The entertainment staff always keeps you busy; we loved Sam at the GR who remembers everyone’s name, and keeps the activity going. The waiters and bartenders are so good. Ricky and Eduardo at Cafe Solaris and Bogavante for breakfast and lunch. Nancy at the pool. Christian and QuiQue at the lobby bar are always smiling. Juvenal has become like family to us; best bartender! LauraPat has served us at so many locations throughout the resorts. Benjamin, the bellman, is so friendly. Special thanks go to Noe Castillo for going above and beyond every time we visit. We were happy to meet Carol, also from guest relations on this last trip. There are so many more individuals that made our trip amazing, once again. We will return “back home” in February. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. We keep on going back.
