The best hotel in Panaca

It was a unique experience, a special place to spend time with the family. The Panaca Park makes the experience very special. We enjoyed it to the fullest. It is a highly recommended hotel for families with children. It was a unique experience, a special place to spend time with the family. The Panaca Park makes the experience very special. where to begin

-Road leading to resort is terrible. - Cannot drink in the pool area,not even water.(after complaining water was allowed). - Food is mediocre at best. -After the show,nothing to do,no music or dancing.(big area by the pool that can be used) - They have a website you need to use to make dinner/show reservation,but no internet signal in the rooms. - Charged me IVA(sales tax) even though foreigners are exempt from this charge. Relax with a view

After many months of confinement, being able to enjoy Decameron Panaca was a delight, never the less, there is a lot of room for improvement, WiFi wasn’t good at all, the shower in our room didn’t work properly it was way too hot or cold, there was no drinking water in our room. We asked for chocolate milk for our daughter and we could not get it in the afternoon they say they only provide it the morning, not the answer I expect from an all included hotel. On the bright side, the premises are absolutely beautiful and relaxing, the social distancing measures are working very well and you can think the poor WiFi helps you relax on your holiday. Also, the closeness to the park is a big plus. Not a single negative comment

The hotel is perfect for families with kids. At 7 am they can milk the cows, feed the pigs and collect eggs for breakfast. The facilities are good, the venues are spotless, food is absolutely amazing, employees are friendly and resourceful. We unfortunately had to visit the infirmary, but the nurse was completely helpful and professional. We will be back! The hotel is perfect for families with kids. Great Vacation trip to Decameron Panaca

We visited Decameron Panaca for a 3 night say in January. This place is an All Inclusive resort with great food, entertainment, hospitality, shows, open bar, big and beautiful rooms each one with a covered patio and hammocks looking a the mountains. We used the spa and it was an excellent service. We also used the guide tours that they offer to the surrounding towns and the coffee park. Juan David Patiño was our tour guide and he did a great job explaining the history and going in detail of every little town and attraction. We visited Salento and Valle del Cocora and it was one of our best experiences ever. Horse riding in the Colombian mountains with an incredible landscape!!!
