Отличный отель.Отлично все организованно.Отличная команда анимации,особенно Igor и Andrea.Отдельная благодарность за хорошую работу официантке на бассеине Gessi Acevedo.Вернемся еще раз.Еда отличная,много натуральных соков.Очень хорошие A la Carte рестораны.Особенно японский и бразильский,изумительно готовят мясо любых видов. Ужас!!!!

Это самый ужасный отель, в котором приходилось бывать за последние 10 лет. Кроме зеленой и местами красивой территории, больше ничего хорошего нет. Еда это вообще ужас!!!!! Если хочешь похудеть, тебе в этот отель. Будешь ходить голодный. Номера ушатанные. Напитки не сказать, что хорошие, но правда алкоголь качественный? Фрукты это вообще отдельная тема, зеленые дыни и ананасы, вот весь ассортимент. Нет у меня цензурных слов, чтобы дать характеристику этому отелю. Тут кто-то писал, что он гораздо лучше, чем Палладиум в Доминикане, он мягко говоря лукавил. Итог: жаль вычеркнутый без возвратно отпуск. Разочарование полное. Отстой. Не рекомендую. Отдых в ноябре 2019

Отличный отель! Прекрасная локация, чистые и уютные номера. Прекрасная кухня и завтрак, обед , ужин. Очень понравился ресторан Посейдон , всем рекомендую. Обслуживание в отели на высшем уровне, очень приветливый персонал. Качество алкоголя предлагаемого в барах топ уровня. Рекомендую этот прекрасный отель для отдыха как с детьми, так и без, найдутся развлечения для всех. Если вернусь в Мексику, то только в этот отель. Отличный отель! Цена-качество!

Этот отель самый дешевый из этого огромного комплекса но если честно то никакого особого отличия мы не заметили. Ну разве что номера уже не новые но состояние номера было нормальное. Экономия против того же Grand Palladium Colonial Resort выходила приличная в 40 тр так что решили попробовать и не прогадали. Да тут поспокойней чем в Colonial но это даже хорошо. Территория общая вся зеленая и много живности. Это практически джунги и это так на всей территории этого комплекса. Все постройки гармонично вписываются в зелень и видимо при постройки комплекса максимально пытались сохранить все растения. По территории курсируют машинки и ездят они очень часто мы никогда не ждали более пяти минут. Сервис на высоте. К работе персонала не единого нарекания. Обслуживание хорошее и в барах и в ресторанах и отличная уборка. В общем все работники отеля стараются чтоб ваш отдых был как можно комфортней. Все улыбаются и здороваются и никто не клянчит чаевых. Животных много они свободно гуляют по территории. Можно кормить но с этим без фанатизма. Мало ли. При нас никого не кусали но вдруг. Пляж к сожалению не идеален но по факту в этой части Мексике отелей у которых вход в воду будет идеальным можно по пальцам пересчитать. Заход здесь каменистый и обувь для купания вообще нужна в обязательном порядке. Есть всего пару мест на весь огромный пляж комплекса где зайти в воду более менее комфортно. Зато подводный мир достаточно разнообразный чтоб взять с собой маски и ласты. Ну и как же посетить Мексику и не поехать на экскурсии. Мы уже много где были. Брали много дневные экскурсии чтоб полностью ощутить калорит древней цивилизации. В этот раз ограничились однодневными экскурсиями. Главное чтоб не испортить впечатления берите экскурсии только у профессиональных гидов у которых есть лицензия и которые говорят на русском. Всем рекомендую нашего гида Юрия Щепкина. Контакты прямые здесь оставить нельзя но вы легко его найдете в соцсети вконтакте по имени. Он не только классный гид но и очень хороший человек. Подскажет по стане, посоветует где на чем сэкономить. Ну а про проведение экскурсий я вообще молчу. Рассказывает очень интересно и подробно, с радостью ответит на любой вопрос. Ну и про питание в отеле. Кормят отлично тут притензий тоже нет. И выбор напитков вполне достойный есть выбор импорта и местные напитки тоже пить можно. Это я про алкоголь). В общем в принципе мы ничего не потеряли. И экономия вышла просто отличная. Супер!

Красивый живописный отель с огромной территорией! Что понравилось: 1) Протяженная пляжная зона. 2) Огромная территория отеля: очень зелено, много разнообразных зверьков. 3) Качественное питание, разнообразие ресторанов на ужин. 4) Номера просторные, уборка ежедневная,в номерах чисто. 5) Большое количество бассейнов на территории. 6) wi fi ловит на всей территории отеля. Great hotel, great staff, unfortunately food is poor and not 5* quality

Bring really good shoes

Nice place, food was average, so was staff. Tried to talk to the wedding planner, didn’t seem to want our business. Okay, we will give it to another resort. I will probably come back, but not for my wedding. Great pools. Loved the wildlife and the beach. Tons of walking. Nice place, food was average, so was staff. Amazing family vacation

My family just got back from the Grand Palladium. We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are beautiful and lush. The hotel takes a lot of care to make sure the guests have a wonderful stay. They have so many daily activities. The nightly entertainment is the best of any all-inclusive I've ever stayed at. Daily shows at 9pm followed by some sort of band or entertainment at 10. A fire show on Friday. Truly amazing entertainment. The pool is beautiful and there are a few adults only pools you can use. The beach is so nice, many palm trees and no seaweeds at this time. Food was good for all inclusive. Enjoyed the buffets, teppanyaki, and Posiedon restaurant the most. The rooms were very nice. Golf cart to get around was very convenient. A few employee shout outs: - Entertainment staff: Andrea and Ianko were the best!!! They led the best daytime activities. We especially loved water aerobics. - Antonio at the Las Olas bar - best bartender, we loved the coffee drink he made us, the Antonio especial! - Live Band Karaoke - best night of the week and most memorable night. It was so fun singing with the band and watching others, good and bad, sing. I've never seen this at an all-inclusive before! - Dancers - the nightly show dancers were so talented and had so much energy and seemed genuinely happy to be performing. It was great to watch. Very nice resort

We just got back from a 10-day vacation with extended family that included 5 kids ranging 2-12 years old. The resort was great, just as I hoped - lush mangroves and animals everywhere. It was also wonderful to walk a lot as (like everyone else here said) it’s rather big. The beach was rocky but we were prepared and brought water shoes. We tried a few places throughout Kantenah, Colonial, and White Sand, and discovered a stretch in the Kantenah beach that had a sandy strip in the ocean floor which didn’t require maneuvering. Lots of fish all around and we even saw a stingray. Great snorkeling! The room was fine, I didn’t have super high expectations, and it was as expected - perfectly adequate. Housekeeping made different towel animals for us every day in the bathroom and on the beds. We had an issue with the A/C that wouldn’t shut off and the TV that wouldn’t work but we called the front desk, and a very competent young man came by and fixed both. Another minor annoyance was the toilet paper that was scented (never experienced that before), and I didn’t like that. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Everyone was always wearing masks - indoors and outdoors. The only ones that didn’t were the “beach spa” personnel in the Kantenah beach. The entertainment crew was highly skilled and wonderful. The pools were as expected - lots of people at the Kantenah/Colonial pool and always someone smoking. Very annoying, especially with kids around. But that’s not a reflection on the hotel. The food was ok. The buffets had a lot of variety and did change their menu slightly every day. We discovered that even though La Hasienda and Tikal (the Kantenah/Colonial buffets) are larger than La Dalia (the White Sand buffet), the latter had a much better selection/quality of food. For example, for breakfast La Dalia had a smoothie station and a variety of donuts. La Hasienda and Tikal just had more spread out food stations. The a la carte restaurants were surprisingly subpar. We dined at all of them except for Chang Thai and La Lola, and the best were the Brazilian and the Japanese restaurants. Poseidon was yummy too but I didn’t like the shack-style setting, and we got eaten by mosquitoes. We did have a reservation to La Lola but by then my family was so frustrated with the quality of the food at most of them that we skipped it and went to La Dalia for dinner instead. Portofino was the absolute worst, and we were served half-cooked grilled octopus at El Dorado. Each of the a la carte restaurants has great salad bar though, so that was helpful. We also got massages and hydro therapy at Zentropia - it was nice. However, for first timers we could use a little more guidance in the hydro therapy session, it was a little chaotic. We would go to Palladium again but maybe to a different location - I heard the one in the DR has a much better beach. Horrible Covid Precautions, stay away

After comimg from a resort that is actually Covid responsible, I was in shock of this place. Everyone is touching the utensils at the buffets and there are no hand sanitizers in sight. I just stayed a night and moving someplace else. Hotel refused early departire but thank god Amex travel will step in. Also the staff does not take your temperature at arrival like at other resorts. Oh and at arrival they gave me wrong room keya, it was am already occupied room. Traumatizing experience!!
