Sunchaser inventory management

I believe the RCI and Sunchaser need to track home resort ownership so that when individuals use points to book at there home resort they don't automatically get put in a B side. It is very frustrating to faithfully pay any and all maintenance fees requested only to be given poor value for our dollar with respect to the accommodation inventory and how it's allocated. Sunchaser Villas

Beautiful area and simple, practical villas. Workout equipment could use some upgrades in the fitness center but nice stay overall. Lots of hiking trails close by. Laundry available within the units was very handy. Beautiful area and simple, practical villas. Workout equipment could use some upgrades in the fitness center but nice stay overall. B side units to small

Overall the resort is well kept. we were put in a B side unit which are really suited for someone staying just a day or so. No bathtub. No fireplace. No mirror other than over sink in bathroom. we asked about moving to an A unit and were told it would cost an extra $40 per night. We were staying a week and did not find the B unit satisfactory. Outside was very drafty and so was the air conditioner. Few Glitches

Over all the resort is beautiful, the units are large and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. My only complain was the housekeeping need to be wiping down the high traffic areas like cupboards, table edges, chairs and the large appliance thoroughly to protect our health and safety, preventing Covid. Fall visit at Sunchaser.

Over all cleanliness and staff response was excellent. Very quiet, was as if we were the only ones staying there. Access to unit and parking was very good and easy, Access as well for travel via a major highway was also excellent. Over all cleanliness and staff response was excellent. Very quiet, was as if we were the only ones staying there. Access to unit and parking was very good and easy, Access as well for travel via a major highway was also excellent.
