Wanaka Ramada horrible experience

Great room

We only stayed for one night, but the staff were incredibly helpful and the room and amenities were great. We didn't have time to go in the pool or spa, but the area looked inviting. We would stay here again. We only stayed for one night, but the staff were incredibly helpful and the room and amenities were great. A brilliant week

Six nights in a well appointed room with a view. The Staff were helpful and friendly and ready to go out of their way when asked. Parking good, hot tub and heated pool. Each night had a happy hour at the bar but the catering for dinner was not the best as experienced by our friends, we did not partake. Location a little away from town but quiet. Great 4 Bedroom Presidential Suite

Great suite with large open plan dining, kitchen, lounge area (65sqm), 4 separate bedrooms, 2x Super King size beds in 2x rooms, 2x king single size beds in each other rooms, both large rooms have separate shower and spa bath with TV, has own dryer and wash machine, great living area with a lot of space, has its own bar area with sink, spa pool on deck with outdoor table for dining, also smoking area next to spa pool, has a couple of day loungers when warmer. We had complimentary use if E-Bike and mountain bikes, also free WIFI and movies. Would highly recommend staying in this unit, close to town centre. Beautiful with Great Friendly Staff

The staff are so helpful, rooms are lovely and the ammenities are great. The pool and spa pool area are relaxing and great for kids as well as adults. BBQ areas are so nice to make a meal and sit out side to eat dinner. Definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are so helpful, rooms are lovely and the ammenities are great.
