Хорошая гостиница, в которую попали случайно

Попали в эту гостиницу вынужденно, поскольку планировали в ту ночь ночевать в Бостоне или его округе, но на выходных накануне дня Колумба (о котором я просто не знал до поездки) сделать это оказалось невозможным: все в радиусе 100 км от Бостона было забронировано. Просто всё! На севере была пара гостиниц где-то в Нью-Хэмпшире, но это было слишком далеко (мы тогда были в Плимуте), на западе от Бостона ближайший номер был вообще в 200 км... В итоге нашел какую-то гостиницу в районе Ярмута (или как там его), но несмотря на опасность остаться вообще без ночлега бронировать не хотел, т.к. отзывы были не очень, а цены очень даже очень. Поехал, надеясь по пути или уже на месте что-нибудь найти. В итоге по пути ничего не нашел, т.к. просто не было ничего, глухая местность какая-то, а вот на месте были несколько гостиниц с надписью Vacancy, одна из которых и оказалась Holly Tree Resort. В итоге в такой час пик мы там поселились за 75 долларов втроем, что считаю, очень даже удачно. Жаль только что от Бостона отъехали далеко. Сама гостиница оказалась неплохой, с 2-мя бассейнами, с микроволновкой, чайником и холодильником в номере, плюс посуда в виде нормальных тарелок, ножей/ложек/вилок и даже бокалов для вина. Так же была дополнительная кухонная раковина. Разве что духовки с конфорками не хватало. Номера чистые. Из минусов разве что то, что кровати коротковаты (вообще одна кровать - это убирающаяся в шкаф кровать, другая - диван-кровать), ноги поэтому свисали, да то, что вай-фай подтормаживал, поэтому по скайпу общаться было сложно, но возможно, да и вообще это уже мелочь. Great Location

RCI lists this resort as having partial kitchens. They have mini kitchens with dorm-sized refrigerator and microwave only. It would have been good to know this before we bought the steaks and chicken! There are grills outside, but that's not too useful in inclement weather. Holly Tree is not just for Christmas

Nicely located so that you have access to seemingly everything you could want and every location you might want to visit. In 6 days we were able to go to Plymouth, Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis, and of course W Yarmouth. Also loved searching and visiting all the beaches. We got to 13 of them! And plenty of restaurants still open in Nov, many of them 4 star & up! Nicely located so that you have access to seemingly everything you could want and every location you might want to visit. Not a fan

Bed is extremely small for 2 adults. Room was average, but clean. No daily service for room cleaning due to Covid. Indoor pool area was nice. Several excellent restaurants in the area (walking distance), if you are up for it. Beach is drive away and small. Not much to do there this time of year. Bed is extremely small for 2 adults. Nothing Special

The room was small. The bed was nothing more than a larger twin bed. Couldn’t even call it A full size bed. The toilet was super low to the ground. The TV was very small, like a 27 inch. But none of that compares to the smell in the room. I’m not sure if it was septic, or ventilation, or if an animal died. But there were continuous waves of an overwhelming smell. We opened the balcony door and bought a candle, but it didn’t work. Not sure if the small was only in the room, or the hotel, or seeping in from septic outside. The room itself was clean. And due to covid there was no room cleaning during the stay. Any towels had to be picked up at the desk. There was no elevator to the second floor, so be prepared to carry everything up stairs. We were scheduled to stay the week, and left the hotel after 3 days. Front desk staff was alerted but disinterested. The good part was the location, as it was near everything. Also lots of parking. 1 WEEK IN JULY

clean hotel, not bed location, quiet, laminate instead of carpet which is good, no public beach around, you need to drive. Friendly stuff, nice town, there is a small beach on marina, but you couldn't swim there.
