Отличный отель

Недалеко от парков развлечений , на автомобиле удобно! Отличный отель!! Вилла: в ней все есть, чувствуешь себя как дома! терраса с барбекю, полная кухня, стиральная , сушильная машины, все все как дома)! Водные горки , бассейн ! мы останавливается всегда тут , если есть свободные номера! Недалеко от парков развлечений , на автомобиле удобно! Отличный отель!! Останавливались там во время нашей поездки в Орландо (Дисней ворлд). Отличные уютные номера с несколькими спальнями и джакузи, так что можно поехать даже несколькими семьями. Также есть аквапарк и зона развлечений (бильярд и т.д), что включено в цену. Бесплатная парковка. Остались очень довольны. Останавливались там во время нашей поездки в Орландо (Дисней ворлд). Отличные уютные номера с несколькими спальнями и джакузи, так что можно поехать даже несколькими семьями. Также есть аквапарк и зона развлечений (бильярд и т.д), что включено в цену. Бесплатная парковка. Остались очень довольны.

This is a great family area. The pool had so many things to do. The river and slide was a hit. If we were not at a park we stayed at the resort. The cabanas are a nice touch to relax and chill. We were located by both pools and hot tub. The grounds were awesome. The only issue we had was the fitness center - only one working treadmill. I was so impressed with the grounds.. the staff was constantly trimming, mowing and cleaning. We were centrally located by everything. A lot of chain restaurants within walking distance. The manager was very attentive to our needs. This is a great family area. The pool had so many things to do. The river and slide was a hit. If we were not at a park we stayed at the resort. Best Surprise and even better service

If you get a chance to visit... make sure to look up Lucy, her son Jesus, and Reggie! Everyone there was great, but these three in particular, went above and beyond!!! From getting handicapped accessible seating for my Elderly Mother, to opening activities a few minutes early to make sure we didn't miss out on them, these 3 made sure our wish was their command the entire week! They never seemed bothered for us to stop them and ask questions. We loved the lazy river, ice skating rink (seasonal), outdoor fireplace, and pool. We also loved that every guest room had a ceiling fan and TV! They far exceeded our expectations!! Also, the snow cones by the pool are not to miss!! Not bad for the price

No customer Skills!!! New Manager Chrissy is a Tyrant to Coworker's in Front of Guest! Aweful!!

I don't know when Fantasy World hired the latest manager: Chrissy. But she is so rude to her coworker's. Right in front of me (the customer), she blasts into reprimanding employees for issues that didn't seem important. I mean, couldn't they wait until you're in private ---if they are. Then, while waiting on my room, I witness her go into a tyrant (mad rage) into a guest regarding how they booked their room (like they were inconsequential to the business). They are customers. We are customers. Is this how Fantasy World's management treats its customers? Managers should be hired off skills. I feel sorry for the front desk workers. They were friendly and looked like they could walk off the job and go next door for the same pay without the headache of a tyrant manager (who has a huge ego of self-worth). If Fantasy World continues to treat guest and employees like this. I WILL NEVER go back. My family and I have been going here for over 10 years. I loved Jose at the front desk, such a wonderful person. Now, they lowered their standards and are allowing people to be bullied by this manager named Chrissy. SHAME... SAD SHAME!! I know there is a shortage of workers in the work place...but this hire was a bad pick. Ask the front staff and review your camera footage (Fantasy upper mgmt and owners).
