Great hotel

Can highly recommend this hotel. Amazing stuff. Especially want to say big thank you to Maria Fernanda from the reception desk. She is amazing and very helpful. Spend a lot of time helping me to resolve a problem with the laboratory stuff who made a mistake . The hotel is very clean , great beds , amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay again next time . Early coffee and breakfast!

We spent our last two nights here, after touring around the cloud forest in Northern Ecuador looking at birds. During our 2-1/2 weeks in Ecuador we never found another hotel that had coffee available (let alone breakfast) before 8:00am, until we arrived at Wyndham Garden Hotel. I guess this is an American thing, but I like to have coffee as soon as I get up, and we're usually out the door before 8am since we're birders. So having a coffee pot in our own room at Wyndham Garden Hotel was a fantastic find for us, along with their restaurant opening for breakfast as early as 6:30am. An espresso stand in the corner of the dining area opens at 7:00am as a bonus. I was in heaven, haha! In addition, the service was exceptionally good at this hotel. Everyone was eager to help, and we appreciated it. Our room was on the small side, but it had everything we needed and was very clean, and had a nice view over Parque La Carolina right across the street. My favorite place to stay!

I really love to stay here. It’s near everything, breakfast is unbeatable and very nice treatment. The personal is great. I didn’t felt cold so that’s a 5 star for me. Really good sleep. Excellent service and very clean hotel. Breakfast was great. The manager and his staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Easy availability of taxis outside hotel. Great stay

This is our first time adventuring in Ecuador’s natural beauty. Quito is a good place to be and central to a lot of attractions. The hotel staff have gone above and beyond with all requirements and last minute changes. Nelson and Maria Fernanda have been so helpful. The room is so comfortable and clean. The food is excellent and the staff at the hotel is so friendly. This is our first time adventuring in Ecuador’s natural beauty. Quito is a good place to be and central to a lot of attractions.
